How to flash ROM
install ROM
via CWM
by following these procedures!!!

wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache
click advanced and wipe dalvik cache
now install zip ...locate the downloaded ROM and flash!!!

When phone is up and running
unzip that google apps you downloaded and manually install everything there!

That's all flex ur highly customizable ROM!!!
Pretty stable!!!

You are not serious i'v used S2, MY GOD it sucks like hell. The Camera is Super rubbish and the Cpu aint snapdragon dont get decieved by those flamboyant specs try seeing user reviews sumtyms.. N7 is beta coz its mur updated dan dat obsolete S2 (apart frm the ram sha)
