Pls help! Which do you think is a better deal btw buying the recently launched tecno N7 or a used SGS 2?

I do think so as well but I'm also attracted to the dual SIM on N7; moreover, going through the comments about SGS 2 on gsmarena, there was a lot of complaints than compliments from users who bought it back then in mid/late 2011, claiming that so much specs and hardware were not properly utilised.

am presently using tecno n3 and so fat i have not seen any samsung galaxy watever to convince me otherwise.tecno Android phone has good battery life and their their 3G support is fantastic.....
tecno n7 has better spec than n3 i intend upgrading soonest...

You are not serious i'v used S2, MY GOD it sucks like hell. The Camera is Super rubbish and the Cpu aint snapdragon dont get decieved by those flamboyant specs try seeing user reviews sumtyms.. N7 is beta coz its mur updated dan dat obsolete S2 (apart frm the ram sha)

I just wonder why some greenhorns in Tech matters will shamelessly compare SGS2 to TN7. Peeps there's no basis for comparison here! Even a bricked S2 is better than N7.

Man, this is foolishness. How can you be comparing an established high end brand with a low end brand. Dude, do yourself a favour and get the SG2. Believe me, it's way better than any brand that Techno can throw at it. I'm not talking about the colour resolution superiority but also the performance. 1gb ram is better then 512 ram any day, pal. Since you are a game freak, SG2 will serve you better cos with 1gb ram, it can run practically all hd android games you can throw at it without lagging...unlike the low end Techno N7.

Fella, I have nothing against Techno, but let's not forget that it's a low end android brand. In other words it's for people that couldn't afford high end brands like Samsung and HTC.

So saying such ignorant things like saying that it's actually better than Samsung is ridiculous. It's a good brand by it's standards, but comparing it to an higher spec brands like Samsung is sheer ignorance and foolishness.
