This is all about my female friend. She is a muslim. Sometime last year, I talked to her about Christ and she gave her life to Christ(i.e. Became a christian)! After sometime she decided to give up her salvation/Christianity and go back to being a muslim. I donot understand her reasons for this decision. Now here is my confusion.... Whenever I think about her and this issue, I'm extremely perplexed! Especially when I ask myself this question.... "is she saved?" "will she make heaven?"

please can someone help me with the right answer?

As a registered nurse and a student midwife, I have been opportuned to be with mothers throughout labour. So many things go through my head whenever I see these women in labour e.g. How will men react in labour, if we canbe pregnant? Are these women exargerating this labour pains?(pls forgive my thoughts, because, before you know it, they're pregnant again!) , is tooth ache more painful?

Now, the last question is my major concern! Nairalanders, from your experience, which do you think is more painful? Please, those that have encountered any of the above should enlighten us.

Internship has been approved by NUC and Ministry of Education a long time ago and our heads are just not interested in it! They don't want to implement it! But we the students and young graduates are seriously pushing for it to be implemented!
MASTERS: personally, i want to do my masters in Accident/Emergency or ICU Nursing..... I have other coursemates that prefer Anaesthetic Nurse(they say is more lucrative).
Also, i plan lecturing, so i wanna have ma Ph.D in public health or something nice. When dat time comes sha.

It is known that undergraduates in Nigeria varsities only read to pass exams. They are yet to study books/materials to acquire sound knowledge, but only study to impress lecturers and appeal to their marking scheme. What do you think?

So many people, wil always ask me, "what's the difference between doctors and nurses?"
Now, it should be explicitly told that, doctors treat/manage the disease of the patient, while nurses treat/manage the patient as a whole!
Example: a patient comes to the hospital with malaria. All that matters to the doctor is attacking d malaria parasite & symptoms dat accompanies d malaria. While d nurse manages/corrects all other malfunction the patient came with. D nurse, does oral care, bedbath, tepid sponge(2reduce temperature), gives psychotherapy/ family therapy, serves attractive food, observe intake & output, ensure a proper wellbeing of patient i.e. Physical, social and mental welbeing. Nw 4d doctor 2be disease conscious is a gud tin. Bt we 4get dat d patient is a holistic being. Aside d disease condition dis patient has other dysfunction/issues dat d doctor never cares about but d nurse takes care off. Critically appraise.....
