It is very possible, I know because last week i helped a friend change hers to UST and she is writing her exam tomorrow. Just make sure the school you are changing to still has the portal opened.

Initially i wasn't sure if it was possible until I visited jambs portal where Jamb posted that you can still change your course or institution provided the schools portal is still open.
