At this point where suicidal thought is ringing in my head i think i need to voice out. Am at the crossed road now. Please i need your opinions, advice and suggestions. Depression is eating me up everyday. Am a school dropout, I dropped out of School due to mental and financial instability. As a result, I couldn't face or information my family about the situation due to shame hoping that things would get better with time. The past few weeks ago that I informed one of my younger brothers about this, he was very mad at me and ever since then I became another thing in his eyes. They gave me a condition that they can only help if i can come home. Imagine that kind of shame, this is my 8th year in ilorin. Am here to seek your opinions, am now 30 years, no skill, no reasonable certificate apart from OND. I still have passion for academics but currently not financially buoyant. I equally want to learn a skill preferably welding and thirdly, to feed myself is really hard these days when things got worsen. Please i need your directives because am really tired.

Note - don't take up teaching job cos u might b telling this same story after 20 years, once u get something doing save small money n check your spiritual foundation

Good evening fam. Compliments of the season. Please i need your views and opinions regarding what's going on in my life. This week has been terrible, even at some point i thought of ending it all. Am 30 years now, a two time school dropout, very broke , no tangible achievement in my life. I have done alot of hustles with the hope and expectation that everything w change but things are getting more worse. Am currently confused, even while the desire to go back to school is still burning within me, am equally thinking about learning a skill or thinking about job hunting. For many years, I can't ever appear to my family just because of the shame, no certificate to show, financially stability zero, infact am depressed.

Am a two times university drop out, even at 29 years i still find it hard to figure it out. I know some skills with which i ca be getting my daily bread but nobody is ready to help me with capital to even start something. No friends, no family, they do not belive in my future, am just tired of my life.

Well to me, i would say its not necessary. Our Exes are not our enemies. Ladies are very kind and nice when they are being treated well. My Ex has been very supportive regardless of what transpired btw us. Just try to move on . Nobody knows tomorrow.

There is no such thing as a religious leader who has years of experience, is wise etc. Such are things of fantasy. These same men cannot predict what will happen in their own lives or the lives of their own children so why would they understand or know the future of a total stranger?

Anyways, No human has power to foretell the trajectories of another humans life let alone map out the exact course of any relationship. I hope you have learnt your lesson. Sadly, all you can do is pick up the pieces of your broken heart and move on but be sure to preach the lessons you have learnt from this to others around you so they don't end up making your same mistake please.

My brother your'e right. In fact am greatly depressed, the Lady just decided to quit the relationship of 4years even without given a second thought.

@ LilMissFavvy, no help so far. All the comments you read, promising of assistances may be interms of his apprehension, those people ere not whom they claimed they were here. I chatted some of them but they were telling me different stories.

I am ..... from..... state but moved to kwara for my undergraduate studies. I am a student of unilorin, a potential 300level student(promoted to 300level before the ASUU STRIKE). I was scammed by someone that we both agreed to run a business together(without any legal term though) . I gave him all my lifetime savings to help me buy red palm oil(epo pupa) when it's cheaper and help me resell when the price is high. Last month i sent him 1,145 400(altogether) last month. To my suprise he messaged me yesterday that he didn't purchase any palm oil and that he had diverted all the money to farming that by December he w give my money in which that was not our agreement. And that he had travelled to jos for farming. I am finished � because if school should resume there's is no assurance of continuity , my tenancy is going to expire this month. I have nothing left again but sorrow. Our world is wicked�
