No, it doesn't reflect on IMMI account with regards changing the Last Updated Date

However, if you updated them of the change in circumstances via your Immi Account, there's usually a record of this showing when the update was sent when you click the Update Details tab

It doesn't change any information on your Application Home Page; the dates Submitted and Last Updated remains unchanged.
I sincerely appreciate the prompt response @catchdwind4rmkd.I did Pm you.

Had similar issue but got a positive review outcome. look out for independent verifiable documents that contain the telephone number(s) of your employer. These may include; tax document, online directory listing, CAC document of your employer, CAC name search(print out) etc. Should you have further inquiry, do let me know.Wish you success in your review.
check out for...
UTILITY BILLS OF YOUR EMPLOYERS,such as Waste management bills,Electricity bill,Water rate bill, etc,I believe they should contain the business telephone numbers.

@David, what qualification did you use to assess with TRA for bricklayer?

I used both HND and OND in Building Technology. But I think tra assessed me on my OND only. But I'll suggest you include both.

However, pls and pls,as much as possible, I'll advise you insure you furnish them with an independently verifiable evidence which may include, tax receipts/ certificate, bank statement, pension docs, govt directory listing where the contact of your employer is listed, and most importantly website address of your employer.

Let her write to be on the safe side and possibly avert a CO contact........English as medium letter from her sch should have been enough, but there have been cases where COs having received the letter still asked for English test.

Thanks @ozyMigrant. I sincerely appreciate your input.

NNBB2012:

This is not in all cases. There are occupations on MLTSSL that are NOT available to be sponsored on 190. These are occupations that are strictly available to visas 189 and 485; for example Project Builder, Telecommunication Network Planner etc. However, in this case of "Bricklayer", it can be sponsored by states and regions as you have rightly mentioned. It is highly in demand in NSW.

Thank you sincerely @Bellong, @NNBB2012. Your sincere and explicit comments have indeed cleared every confusion I had prior to this moment. God bless you immensely. I plan to write pte anytime soon and proceed with 190 all the way.
Once again,@bellong, @NNBB2012, I appreciate all your inputs. thanks

Thank you sir @bellong. for your prompt response. However, I'm slightly confused particularly with the new occupational lists,I mean Short term list and Medium and long term strategic list respectively.
My occupation is bricklayer.Already have 55points excluding test of English.
Assessment positive.
Let me explain what I understand.I understand that if ones occupation does not appear on the short term list, he/ she can't apply for 190.( pls correct me If I'm grossly wrong)
Now,I ve checked,my occupation does not appear on the short term list.
But,in view of the info you stated here about my occupation being on new south Wales and SA for 190 priority list,I beg to be enlightened more on this please. Again, sir,I think I'm confused
I'll appreciate every comment from anyone no matter how brief.Once again, many thanks @Bellong. You have been a great source of encouragement and assistance.
