I'm traveling in couple of days and only just returned to Nigeria in October.

What I know is that when returning to Nigeria, you visit the NCDC portal to fill a particular form, which you show upon return to Nigeria.

I'm not aware of any form that declare where yore heading to.

Can you please share the form for us to see if it's genuine or it's a way they want to use to exploit Nigerians.

Is this only applicable to France or to any country?

Trying to crack channels or discussing such in an open forum can lead to arrest.

Now that they got channels sublicensed from DSTV, they would monitor all illegitimate viewing of their channels and effect arrest under piracy law of Nigeria
