Once Atiku goes somewhere, he's taking corruption alongside.
That's true. A former President barred Atiku over indictment. The indictment is yet to be cleared, and another President allowed Atiku to fly in.

When Atiku said he would make his friends rich, where do you think he's getting that from? Of course it is from Trump

Remember in 2002/2003 when Mrs world was to be hosted in Nigeria, that a journalist working for Thisday newspapers, joking said all the ladies are so beautiful, even if Prophet Mohammad was alive, he would have picked one of them. Muslims protested and burned so many buildings on the claim that a man that died many years ago has been insulted.

A truck driver from Brooklyn wins $298 million Powerball Jackpot

(CNN) — A truck driver on Friday claimed the second-largest Powerball Jackpot in New York Lottery history, which was worth $298.3 million.
"I'm not going to work, I'm quitting right away!" David Johnson, 56, told CNN affiliate WABC.

Johnson played the lottery on December 26, 2018, with the numbers 5-25-38-52-67, and Powerball 24. He decided to take the cash option, so his net total will be over $114 million after required withholdings, according to statement from the New York Lottery.

"I can't even eat. I start and can't finish my food. I'm happy with joy inside," Johnson said.
Johnson, who lives in Brooklyn, came to the US from Jamaica when he was 16, according to the statement. His was the third consecutive New Yorker to win a 2018 lottery drawing.

Johnson works across the street from the gas station where he bought his ticket. A friend told him that someone who bought a ticket at the gas station won the massive Powerball prize, but Johnson told CNN affiliate WABC that he did not check his ticket right away. It was not until a few days later that he took his ticket to the gas station and found out he had won.

The New York Lottery is North America's largest and most profitable. It says it provides about 13% of total state education aid to local school districts.

The Lagos State government, through its Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, has announced the lifting of ban on the construction of new fuel stations anywhere in the state.

The Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Prince Rotimi Ogunleye, said at a briefing yesterday that the state governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, had approved the lifting of the embargo on the grant of planning permit for the construction of petrol filling stations.

The state government had placed the ban on April 26, 2017, which subsequently necessitated all other relevant ministries, departments and agencies of government to place embargo on the approval of gas plants due to reoccurring fire outbreaks as a result of non-compliance with standard safety measures.

Ogunleye disclosed that the governor has also approved the implementation of a reviewed guideline detailing the requirements to be met by operators seeking planning permits for petrol stations and gas plants in the state.

“By this approval, the state government seeks to ensure safe and orderly citing, operation and management of filling stations and gas plants for the overall safety of Lagosians. The embargo had been done to check the proliferation of petrol stations and gas plants and its consequences on safety of lives and property,” the Commissioner said.

He said the state government was also concerned about improving the aesthetic value and efficiency of operation in the planning, building control and urban regeneration of the state.

“With the reviewed guidelines, investors intending to embark on developments of this nature and existing operators are directed to strictly comply with the provisions of the reviewed templates.

“Investors are enjoined to apply for planning information from the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development before embarking on any development in order to have first-hand information about the kind of development that can be done in a specific area of the state,” he said.

Prince Philip spotted driving without a seatbelt 48 hours after car crash
By Bianca Britton, CNN

Updated at 1222 GMT (2022 HKT) January 20, 2019

London (CNN) — Britain's Prince Philip has been spotted driving without a seat belt just 48 hours after his car crash in which the 97-year-old's Land Rover flipped onto its side.

The Duke of Edinburgh was photographed driving a new Land Rover without the seat belt, which is required on a public road.

A Norfolk Constabulary spokeswoman said police were aware of the photos and that "suitable words of advice have been given to the driver."

She added: "This is in line with our standard response when being made aware of, or receiving such images showing this type of offense."

The husband of the Queen emerged uninjured after the crash on Thursday, according to a statement from local police.

Philip collided with another vehicle carrying two women, aged 28 and 45, as well as a nine-month-old baby boy.

Police said the 28-year-old suffered cuts to her knee while the 45-year-old was left with a broken wrist. The baby boy was unharmed.

Buckingham Palace said "well-wishes" were exchanged Friday with those injured in the other car. However Britain's Mail on Sunday reported that the mother who broke her wrist has yet to receive an apology from Philip.

"I got a call from a police family liaison officer," Emma Fiarweather told the paper. "The message he passed on didn't even make sense. He said 'The Queen and Prince Philip would like to be remembered to you'."

Too old to drive?

The crash dominated tabloid coverage in the UK, with both the Daily Mail and the Sun leading their websites with it. The Daily Telegraph, a conservative broadsheet, also played the crash up high, with a headline emphasizing Philip's "miracle escape."

However, the incident has raised questions over whether the Prince -- five months from his 98th birthday -- should still be allowed to drive.

The United Kingdom requires drivers over 70 years old to renew their license every three years. A royal source said Thursday the prince has a license and follows all procedures required to keep it up to date. The source asked not to be named discussing the prince's personal life.

A source told Press Association that Philip passed a police eyesight test on Saturday following the crash.
Buckingham Palace has not yet responded to the latest photographs.

The Duke retired from public life in 2017 after 65 years of service. During that time he conducted more than 22,000 solo engagements and delivered nearly 5,500 speeches.

Since taking a step back, Philip has been seen in public at a handful of events with the Queen and other members of the royal family, including last year's weddings of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank.

"I presume Atiku may have traveled to the US under the umbrella of the diplomatic immunity of Saraki's official delegation.

It is possible that the trip was listed as an official trip of the Senate President of Nigeria, and the delegates to accompany him included Atiku.

Otherwise, why would the Nigerian senate president be there on a trip with Atiku. This trip was taken solely for the purpose of removing the cloud of imminent arrest and prosecution from Atiku if he traveled to the US.

Anyone that knows the working of diplomacy will realize that the US will not selectively arrest Atiku or any other member of the Saraki's delegation on this trip for as long as the tag of legislative delegation from Nigeria covers him.

This gimmick will only work on the gullible and uninformed. What we are asking from Atiku is to travel to the US as a private citizen.

He needs to take this trip on his own without any government of Nigeria official who is covered by diplomatic immunity."
You're not far from the truth.
The allegations against Atiku is too weighty and don't see him getting away easily.

It was President Bush that barred him in 2004 from entering the USA. From 2004 to 2008, he couldn't enter.

Under President Obama, from 2009 to 2017, he couldn't enter. Under Trump, he sneaked in and would sneak out tomorrow. Atiku's a stain on Nigeria.

See the case established against him and his 4th wife. Atiku is a wicked looter

Former vice president Atiku Abubakar has for a long time been challenging Nigerians who accused him of being corrupt to come forward and prove it. So far nobody has come forward.

Well, has received a report on how Atiku was the subject of a probe ten years ago, by a United States Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, chaired by Senator Carl Levin.

The report detailed how Atiku Abubakar while still the vice president of Nigeria between 2000 and 2008, used offshore companies to siphon millions of dollars to his fourth wife in the United States, Jennifer Douglas.

Specifically, the report said Jennifer Douglas, an American citizen, helped her husband bring over $40 million in suspect funds into the United States through wire transfers sent by offshore corporations to U.S. bank accounts.
Buhari is almost a vegetable already and Atiku is not clean.

Osinbajo is the best candidate for this job
