SHARIAREPORTERS:Really? Lawd have mercy. I hope you're winking while you shiited that out. This goodluck goofball has led the most corrupt presidency in the history of the world. |
Smilelo:It's the apathetic attitude of people like you that is plaguing naija. Naija is owned by the people and not the elites. Once we are resigned to the idea That some few own us then the nation is doomed. Also do not let your party affiliation becloud your judgement. This is isn't about A PC or pdp, this is about the travesty you all experience on a daily basis, and the cause of laughter in places like Ghana and Kenya. Even Benin does not have this sort of crisis. Buhari should just come in and rule by decrees; this nation is clearly not ready for a true democracy and our legislators are incapable of reforming this mess. Naija is a shame indeed. If Buhari fails to take the drastic steps to remedy the malaise; then we must start preparing for the schism that would lead to the demise of Nigeria. |

blackfase:Banba blackfase we need non docile naija men like you. What kind on weaponry do you prefer. When time for war start, we know wan hear say you be the only son in your family. Sacrifice for the nation is paramount. How does a captain blackfase of the People's Liberation Army sound? |
A guy told me it was the Ibo women who destroyed Lagos with their beards and hairy chestNo need for this BS here. Lets be civil. |
A woman is worth whatever price a man is willing to pay. No need to adjust the market. |
ozoigbondu:Una still no get his sarcasm? |
Una own don finish. See una lives. They are being paid severance pay. The only severance deserved is a rope around their necks. A failed nation indeed. The average man is probably living on a 1$(a day . Daylight robbery |
Another forensic result will bring forth the truth. Not having enough information to properly conduct the audit is a clear indication of foul play. |
See respect already. Even the foreigners knew the Otueke fella was an accidental president who lacked the moxie to lead Nigeria. Gej's village boy disposition encouraged all cats and dogs to loot incessantly around him. And for me this his unforgivable sin. Buhari will definitely not be pushed aside. |
baby124:But not in the hands of public official cronies. They are privatizing everything Russian style, at least the Russians are still technically competent. Ours just take their bags home! |
ednut1:The U.K police knew and the shop owners. Which kind logic be this? |
Amya:Don't be no hater ladies. ![]() |
The girl dry rep though. ![]() |
contactmorak:@OP Jackie Robinson was the first black to play in the Major League Baseball, not the first black to play baseball in the world. There had been Negro league prior to and during Jackie's professional career. |
ludamix:The fool is you. Calling Nigeria a zoo is an insult to baboons. Nigeria is less than a zoo. What we do to ourselves due to selfish and trivial pursuits is why oyinbos call us monkey, and this is why. You should be shedding tears for the most populous black nation on the planet. We can't even tally our oil production output on a daily basis. What a shame..what a disgrace. Jonathan's tenure will go down as the most corrupt in modern history. |
I don't usually take this men of God seriously, but this guy make sense. Tomatoes will not germinate from your laptops nairaLanders. The prophet says go back to the farm. Tru talk as Africa's greatest economic asset still remains agriculture. And if we can't monetize agriculture then we truly have no hope Of developing any other assets. At least this is a practical prophet. |
Nigeria na wah o! 2000 aids for a gormino! The Sultan of Brunei no get these much. Another reason why the center must be starved. The Federal leeches are ruining the nation. Money that should be spent on investments is going to grown babies called special advisers. Dr's, engineers, who would rather venture into politics than practice their profession. |
Don't believe that Yankee own. Dem kids just eat junk. Dat nice plate goes to waste. Doritos and pizza is their preference. That Naija own no bad though; that's balanced diet right there. |
ECOTERRORS:No lesson to be thought, partner. I don't admire Tinubu much , but the ball is in his court for now. He's a relentless guy who knows how to deal his cards. What many observers fail to understand is that the North needs the likes of Tinubu more than he needs them. As a shrewd operator, he already has his ace card ready before his competitors get out bed. The man no dey sleep, he no dey tire. |
Bretton woods hegemony. A resistance is needed, how come the western world didn't depreciate their currencies when their economy was in the gutter in 2007-2008. I guess they forgot Ngozie, their house-maid is on her way out. Babangida started this BS, but we're putting an end to this crap now. |
Hysmady:Na Yellow Fever be dat. Dat yansh don see work in Abuja, Lagos and London. |
clip:Life expectancy of the average Nigerian is 47. Buhari is in extra time; anything can happen. |
Useless senators, useless politicians. They make more than their counterparts in countries that are actually functional. The order of CHANGE should be a 90% pay cut for these losers then we'll see how much they love public service ![]() |
Caseless:Yet we bas each other more than anyone else. Nigerians! Africans! Come together right now! |
hansad:I agree with your first 3 paragraphs. But The North and Southwest is a political alliance that produced an outcome some didn't like, not a conspiracy. Please go back to the history of Nigeria, revisit the annals and tell me who where the advocates of Regionalism. Those crying foul now we're yet to be admitted in schooL let alone understand what Federalism meant when the southwest leaders foresaw that Federalism wouldn't work. So why now cry when we all know politics is ever-changing. I promise you if the president elect had been ibo, we will be hearing a different tune now. I am also a staunch proponent of Regional regimes but we're not there yet. If you think we are, then better tell those moving around to fall back and stay put; but I doubt they will listen to you as there's money to be made. What we can all ask for now is a well run government. The corruption in the delta is so toxic that I will not even let the so called leaders government government my dogs let alone run a region. Will Tompolo be the President or will Patience rule the thing? look in the mirror and be real! |
Datazone:I haven't been a residence since the mid 90s, so the oil money ain't coming to my table. My question is why haven't we heard this clamor until right after the election. The truth is Jonathan set back the Delta region due to his inactions. I for one believe in resources control as it is fair. if you truly want a Regional Nigeria the score has to be settled amongst its advocates and concerned states; but we all know that is impossible every tribe in the so called producing states put pen to paper then we can say that day is here. Knowing naija this dream Will remain an illusion pursued by those who incessantly pursue the mirage. |
hansad:The real question is where were all these folks the last 5 years. I hate to invoke tribes into my comments, but it seems Yorubas are the only tribe that votes based on merits and promise rather than the 'our son' mentality. It is a fact that Yorubas were Obasanjos' biggest critics and we were the one to call for Jonathan when Yaardua was I'll. Stop crying and for once let facts and prudence dictate our thoughts and action. The A PC alliance is not a tribal alliance. And I already forsee a igbo president as the next president after Buhari. So calm down my ppl it's okay.I f you want to know the next president just holler at me. |
AmucheJane:How a fine babe like you come dey talk like this na . Don't you understand that the SE east has a lot to benefit from one naija. Your folks venture out more and take more risk for the sake of commerce. So give General Boo a chance to do his magic and the Ssouth and Seast will all say "what were we thinking". Now if you were a benefactor of Gluck's administration then that's a different sTory . Gluck did not perform at all at all, no other way to spin this.If he had performed the first order of business would have been tackling the environmental crises in the delta, followed by laying a grand plan towards resource control for the oil producing states. I too believe in a true Federalism, but if their own Son failed to lead the way why now whine when there's change. Buhari could really end up being a game-changer that would take care of business, but if he fails then we all can clamor for regionalism. |
No Sweat. The alleged drug dealing allegation is but a blip, after all this was the crazy 80s. There are no clean politician in the 70s and 90s in Miami, the city as we know it was built on drug money with connivance of the banks and politicians. what we need to focus on are his alledged activities in Lagos. |
buJu234:That one na bad business. Anyway how this thread has so little activity? Priorities people. |
April07:You 4/7 for real? |
