I think I agree wif justwise, payin for accomodatin isn't a requirement
Infact in my last refusal,the eco didn't even look at the accomodatin fee I paid to my tier 4 sponsor, as shown in cas,instead the eco mentioned the 5400 for maintance
I think , while paying ur tuition fee fully can b an advantage, paying for accomodation isn't
Just pay ur tuition fully, if u ve the money and put in 7200 or 5400 as the case may b in ur acc

I noticed u said u submitted on the 27/09, when did they get back to you, ? Cos its looks like ur applicatn was ready less than 15wrking days, or did u use an agent? Were u give black or red jacket when I submitted?

Well,I was told to submit those doucment including my passport and come back three days later. The visa was issued the next day, but I got it three days later.

Because of they ve lots of applications to deal with, they might not be able to keep you waiting while they issue it, so u might be asked to come back for it

If ur document re intact, I believe they will give u, especially if u were asked to come with ur passport

@girl loom, congrats.that was 3wrkings days.I heard they ve cancelled it all now, cos I used pfl, but was given a red docket instead of black , told to come back 15wrking days.
Were u given red or black docket?, by the way I submitted on oct 5th.

@abes, I hope u haven't tampered with ur account statement, if they call u like that mostly u get a visa. I was given a vist visa same way in feb, I appealed, and was on the phone to bring my passport and bank statement to lagos embassy and they isued my visa

Will like to know myself wat happens to people who get their visas after the latest registration date, wud they be allowed entry at the port of entry since they certainly can't enrol as stated by the school

If u submitted an original degree certificate, then I don't know what to say,
Cos that is scary
To answer ur question, yes the cas wud contain the same thing, but u can ask for an extension if possible

I will advise u to submit ur transcript this time around, cos what's the chance that they will verify ur degree certificate this second time

Am not sure u can meet up without an extension

@jaylone, did u use an original degree certificate??

If u answer is yes, then go for an admin review,
If no, then u might not ve a case, remember they don't accept provisional certificates,notification of result and the rest of them
But if u submitted an original degree certificate,then u ve a case,
U don't even need an attestation letter
They accept either original degree transcript or original degree certificate showing all the details as stated

Am sure u wil feel so terrible right now,

8th october, seems to be too close, I dnt think u can make it any longer other than just defering ur admission.

First of al, seat down and look at ur case again, read the refusal very well.
One thing eco don't do, is to keep calling to verify, cos the burden of proof is on the applicant, it doesn't take them anything to refuse anybdy. So people re advise to make the eco job very easy by making their application pretty straight forward

A degree transcript wud ve solved it all, cos all those letter of attestation make it completed, dependin on the eco that handle ur case

If u decide to re apply whenever, just forget about ur certificate and use ur original transcript, showing all the relevant infos

Just got my cas, heading to my bank tomorrow,
Wil apply on thursday,
Dnt want to rush it and use a covering letter from pfl to save time

Please help look into my brother situation here,


He applied for visiting last year, while he was in his final year,,but refused
He appealed it and won, was able to get a letter from school stating he wud graduate june 2010

The appeal came in febuaury and he got his visa.

He travelled and came back in june, visa expired august 2010


Now the issue is this,
He has an application pending right now with bhc, a student visa appluication

The transcript he got from the school, stated that the date of award was april 2009

Could that be an issue for him?

He graduated from 07 /08 set, which finished in febuary 2010 because of the strike and stuffs
But their result was issued april 2010, stating that the certificate was awarded april 2009

My question is this, can that in anyway affect anything
Note, he never over stayed
No forged document.
But, there seems to be some discrepancies in the date,

I don't think u need to get ur self worked out over this , obviously they haven't decided on ur case, and it might take a little while.


Am sure u packed ur application well, and with prayers it will come out well


I believe, the most important thing is that u shud be praying that it comes out well, and favours u.

Yes, I did.ticked x in the box as shown in cas
The school just confirm to me that all the details on my cas were sent and acknowledge by the ukba on august 26th, the cas was issued on 27th august and I got the dhl on 30th, so I applied 31st august

I ve made another payment and I want to reaply again when a new cas is out
Hopefully nextweek

Pfl wil package the application, and I wil cal the school to acknowledge again whn the details on my cas were sent to the ukba

I think this embassy people re just being crazy

Anybdy that can read and write can clearly read a CAS letter
Funny enough I was given 30point for the Cas,but some financial payment shown on the CAs was ignored.

My course start on the 11oct, but I should be able to get an extension wif,
Lookin at submittin again on tuesday


Pfl were suprised, cos the error was just stupid, selecting payment made on cas, how can u ignore a payment as much as two thousand pounds
I know I ve a case wif admin review, but I guess it not the best

Will repackage and submit again usin pfl, last time I guess
