What I can deduce from this; This news is either public information or a classified info passed to the DSS department. If this is classified info then the op wouldn't drop the news here on nairaland and even social media as a whole cause he would risk losing his job. If this is public info on the other hand, then one or two persons from here can definitely verify this. It's only a matter of asking questions and making calls to law enforcement agencies to verify this info, this shouldn't be difficult. Can anyone here verify the authenticity of this post? Cause I have tried but no one seems to be aware of this new directive passed to the DSS. Also 30 years in prison as punishment for cultism doesn't seem to be recorded anywhere in the Nigerian constitution. When was this amendment made? When was it passed as a federal law? Don't get me wrong but I come from a long line of law enforcement agents. I'm practically the only one in my immediate family that's not involved in the law business. Why then can I not verify this info? I'm not trying to contradict your claim op but I'm just curious cause this info seems a bit weird and off to me cause I can confidently tell you I'm well versed with every single aspect of the law. Just yesterday in my area, some vikings boys stormed an apartment just opposite mine.
