It happened to me, but later I was able to save successfully. Although I sent uniassist a mail.

I haven't even gotten to payment part, I just want to begin an online registration with Uniassist. Upon filling out my details on the registration page, I get an error prompt of "an error occurred while saving the data".

I signed up with another mail and upon filling out the online registration form, I got the BIN/BAN error.

Or I'm I totally going through the wrong process? SOS!!! HELP! somebody, anybody.

Nothing yet, the error prompt I'm getting now invalid combination of BIN/BAN. Even with signing up with a new email and registering, T get the same prompt!

No bro, nothing yet. I mailed them, no response still. We can just hope they fix this soon.

Good morning everyone, I have been trying to make payment since Friday but all my efforts have been abortive.
It kept directing me to my 'applicant information ', saying that my street name must be specific and a maximum of 30 characters. I filled it and when I wanted to save, it kept saying "an error occurred while saving the data".
I hope this is not what is affecting my application payment.
Please, veterans in the house.... kindly come to my aid. I have tried Chrome and Mozilla on both my phone and laptop.

I'm having the same error too on updating my personal information, I had tried using system too but still same. I think it might be a problem from uni-assist's end, given that they had just lunched this new registration portal around late October. However, if you happen to find a solution to it soon, kindly let me know too, pls. I also do will likewise.

For now, there is no way one can rectify that kind of problem. It is from their own end. Get a new email address and start a fresh registration and application. Just make sure you don't have any cause to edit/correct any mistake after uploading d required documents.

At the preview stage, you may notice an error like O/L: WAEC(NECO) MAY/JUNE 2019. Pls don't bother yourself going back to correct it. It is d server's error, or else you will have a serious difficulty ( Pending Action: Kindly Enter NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate)
