But we love drama on this thread sha. I wonder what would be if we didn't take all 3 points. Some games are meant to be scrappy victories, not every game would be a sweet straight forward victory. The only problem I see is that with Suarez and Rakitic we are going to come short against the big teams in europe. January is still some time away, how do we cope with Suarez and Rakitic? |

Melvyn11: The only difference between Messi and Ronaldo is that Messi can carry a team to beat a small team, Ronaldo destroys a big team alone. you got them players mixed up! ronaldo is the big guy from portugal who plays for real madrid and messi is the little man from argentina who plays for fc barcelona. |

homesteady: Like ddippset said, you know what we are talking about. It is very normal for any player to complain if his teammates doesn't play according to plan or doesn't pass when necessary. But what is not normal is when a player complains because his teammate refused to give up his clear goalscoring chance just because he wants to score, like Ronaldo does. We have even seen him angry because a teammate scored instead of passing to him. abeloa, nani, gareth bale, morata are among those who have borne the brunt. |

Nobody says ronaldo is not a great player, who would? But saying he is better than leo messi is what I regard as blasphemy of the highest order. messi is 3 rolled in 1. messi is arguably the best striker, arguably the best midfielder and arguably the best winger in the world. |

Geez you guys invent a lot of excuse just to continue your hate-nomics on Ronaldo. you know exactly what he's trying to say and it's a fact. an assist doesn't automatically translate into a deliberate attempt to create for someone or an ingenious through ball from the midfield or wings. it could just be a short diagonal pass or a failed attempt at having a shot on goal. much of ronaldo's assists are in 'inadvertently mode' |

Mehn.. The insult we receive daily tho..
Mathieu makes all sorts of defensive blunders, i was happier when he left than when we signed dembele. .

modextus: What does the future hold for the Catalan giants? The Catalan independence referendum and how will it affect FC Barcelona
We all are aware of the fact a referendum is being held in Catalonia on 1st of October. But the truth is that the referendum itself is illegal according to Spanish constitution as it was suspended by constitutional court on 7 September 2017. But the Catalan govt stated that the court's order was not valid for Catalonia and they have support of 750 out 948 municipalities in the region, including partial support from the capital Barcelona.
The Catalan govt is firm on their decision of holding a referendum on the pre-decided date but the Spanish govt has announced that they will do everything possible to stop it. Even if the referendum is held, the result could go either way because according to a recent survey 41% Catalans want independence but 49% wants to stay with Spain. If the majority votes for 'NO' then there will be no problem but if they vote for 'YES' then as promised, the Catalan govt will announce independence from Spain in 48 hours of results. If that happens then, it won't be a pleasant situation in Spain's because it could lead to violent protests against the Spanish govt because they are anything but ready to accept this decision.
Though it is unlikely that after all the resistance Catalonia will attain independence, but if it happens then what about FC Barcelona?
Well, the truth is that La Liga earns a huge amount of money not only from the El Clasico but from Barcelona's matches in general. They cannot afford to loose one of its most prestigious clubs in the history of football. Even though La Liga president has previously said that Barça might be forced to leave La Liga if Catalonia becomes a free nation, it might not happen. La Liga might change some of its rule to keep FC Barcelona in the league.
But if they don't make any changes and allow Barça to leave, then two things can happen 1. Barça along with other Catalan clubs can form a Separate league of its own. Or 2. Barça can join League 1 in France. A similar situation arose in 2015 and the French Prime Minister offered Barça a place in their league. Considering the fact that Monaco plays there this is one of the strong possibilities that might happen.
But I personally don't think that La Liga would be stupid enough to let FC Barcelona go and they might make a few changes in rules if Catalonia gains independence.
#copied that's a real geee. i like the 'COPIED' sign at the end. i know a certain biitch asss nigga who would much rather have us believe he wrote the whole damn article. |

snowstormm: And which newspaper is El pais? that people are believing stuff from it
if the coach appoint neymar as the penalty taker, will cavani take the ball from him?
And how will a person earning 8m per year reject 1m just because of penalty which he might only score 5 in a season?
And why will they offer him money when he can be sold to China in January cause he is even affecting mbappe development...cause mbappe is playing in the wing instead of his natural
I don't even see stuff like this about Madrid here
I know the next step will be someone questioning my loyalty to the club or sending all those indirect comment about how I should be ignored...I don't why it's hard to get that I like Barca but still like neymar believing the story and hating neymar are not mutually exclusive events. one can still believe the story and still love neymar. the story does no harm to neymar's credibility(if he has got any). so carry on with your neymar-loving. you are not the one who deserves to be ignored. at least your posts do make sense and you do not lift from twitter. |

Neymar doesn't deserve the top 3 nomination, Ramos,Kroos,Modric,Cavani,Buffon over him and what is the meaning of 'when it mattered most'? that is a foolish person's talk. if the other guys like ramos marcelo bale and asensio did not carry the team all through the group stages to the quarter finals how would he have had a chance to win the semi final against bayern with 2 offside goals playing both legs against 10 men? there is no such thing as when it mattered most. other players' sweat carried madrid that far. again that is a foolish man's talk. the only reason he wins it is because madrid won the champions league. |
