Stop lying here. Go and Google how much he has borrowed in less than 2 years or is it because it is silent on the media space. He has borrowed even more than Wike did, and without the proper approval from the state house of assembly which is an impeachable offence on its own .
Higher allocation
Higher 13%derivation fund
Borrowed funds
IGR..And we should clap that he is repainting buildings.
Even if Wike borrowed more, atleast he did new projects not repainting.
I have checked Google and I couldn't find anything of that nature.

Since you have the facts kindly share with us,, about the debts he has acquired in two years!
And how he has borrowed more than Wike. grin grin

Shame no even catch you as you dey blow this kain big lie!

Of course he did flyovers.

This governor has not borrowed a dime.

Rivers state high court cannot override Federal, Appeal and Supreme court!
Do I need to spell this out.
Fubara was ordered to represent the budget by three highest courts, he ignored them all
and he is still ignoring them.

Mark this post.
Fubara will be the first legally impeached governor with no option to come back if he continues
in his illegal grandstanding.
You're being emotional here.

Fubara is not the judge that gave the order.

If a man is working based on an invalid court order, you have nothing against him..

It is the judge that will be sanctioned..

Open your brain and think...

Stop shooting impeach impeach impeach.

Can you name the 3 courts that told him to represent the budget 3 times..?

See this one.
The Chief judge must perform his constitutional duties.
Have you ever seen a chief judge refuse to swear in a governor?
No, that is because, they have no choice.
They either do their job or get removed from office.
And if I may ask;;

Does that constitutional duties involve finding the governor guilty at all cost?.
grin

Dey play...

As long as it is Simeon Amadi the current CJ, Fubara is not guilty of any violations..

I just said the panel's verdict won't matter.
The house will still declare an impeachment which will turn Fubara to a civilian.

Then Fubara will need to reverse the "wrong" impeachment via the courts as other
governors like Obi, Ladoja and Nyako did.

If you check all those cases, all the governors lost their office first and became
civilians before finally reversing their impeachment via the courts.

The real problem for Fubara is that the lawmakers have real documented violations against him.
If they were ordinary or fake violations, it would have been better but Fubara thinks and has been
acting like he is bigger than the courts and consistently ignoring their orders.
Legally Fubara hasn't committed any single violation.

Every single action he took was backed by a valid court order form the Rivers State High Courts.

You think he's a fool.

Recognizing a three man assembly backed by Court order.
Recognizing Jombo as Speaker was backed by Court order.
Passing budget to 3 people backed by a Court order.
Conducted LGA elections backed by Court order.

Every single action has been backed by a very valid court order.

It has become a norm in this country for parties to disobey court orders by using courts of coordinate jurisdictions to counter such orders.
Even the Wike faction did that many times.

So don't you dare accuse Sim of disobeying Court orders.

Nobody has anything on Fubara.

Fubara can only be removed in this universe if Tinubu decides to be part of the impunity and dictatorship.

That's the only way!

So why the fuss and so much ado about certain politicians when all the power they have and exert is based on the position they occupy and the instrumentality and force of the state?

A politician steals enough money to manipulate the law enforcement and the judiciary they begin to praise him.

And then you hear their fellow politicians warning people not to mess with them.

Okay

So from my findings there is no direct headline news about Wike presenting the Budget to 7 HOA members, there must not be,, but;;

1. The Tribunal nullified the elections of 23 PDP members in October 2015.
Their rerun to the house came in December 2016.

2. Wike presented the 2016 budget to the House in December 2015.

Chijoke Ihunwo and many other lawyers have made the same allegations on social media and many local radio stations in Port Harcourt and nobody in the Wike camp has ever countered it and say the story is false.

Honestly Honestly you are the only person I know in this world who has called this news about Wike passing budget to 7 a false news.

These people think that a notice of impeachment/ impeachment proceedings equates to an actual impeachment..

There are 3 parties involved in the process;;

The Governor himself.
The House of Assembly.
The Chief Justice.

It's a cumbersome procedure.

They are just one party..

There has hardly been any successful impeachment in this country that the courts did not declare illegal.

People like you are the problem of our great country. You sound intelligent but just chose to be stupidly emotional. There are rules Oga. You can't just wake up and conduct an election any day and anytime you like simply because you're governor. There are conditions that must be met before an election in this country would be seen as valid. I can't start stating all the conditions that must be met here but the law requires that 90 days notice must be given which the dictatorial governor didn't care to give. The Rivers state Electoral commission cannot conduct an election without an updated voters register and that can only be provided by INEC. But your dictator of a governor went ahead to conduct an election without obtaining that from INEC.

The man just wasted taxpayers money, and if this were to be the US he would have been impeached.

The fact that he cannot be arrested right now is because he has immunity provided by the law and the security agencies are law abiding unlike him who doesn't give a damn about the law. The man enjoys the law but disregards it with impunity.
I don't have time to engage this morning.

But I tell you, the elections were conducted in the same way and with the same time frame in over 20 states.
Let's see if the Supreme Court will annul Benue, Kano and other places.

And if you say that the 90 days was not met, then it's clear you were not following.
90 days was met, I challenge you to investigate.
The voters register that was used was given to up to 20 other states, INEC did not do any updates recently.

All these reasons you are stating we're not mentioned by the Supreme Court.
The major reason given was that Voters registration was going on at the same time with something else I've forgotten.

That flimsy reason can never be used to nullify the LGA of any APC state, I bet you.
Politics › Re: Rivers Supreme Court Judgement; Way Out For Fubara by ddippset(m): 9:55am On Mar 02, 2025
That's all the reason why Wike is selling PDP to Tinubu and twerking for Tinubu in the first place.

So he can have that Federal might and favour from Aso Rock.

And we have seen it all through this struggle.

Police, Abuja courts and even Tinubu himself..

My candid advice to Fubara..

1. Pursue the defection case at the Federal high Court.
Let it go all the way to the Supreme Court.
We want to hear our Supreme Court use their mouths and tell us that Martin Amaehule and the 27 did not defect.
Let them tell the world that, for posterity sake.
Let them stop hiding behind other related cases.
Le there be a categorical judgement on the matter.

2. While he's at it, let him represent the 2025 budget to the state assembly led by Amaehule. There is absolutely no shame in that,
It is the Supreme Court's order, not Wike's order nor Amaehule's order.
They will definitely try to frustrate and embarrass him at the house but he must not bend over and take it in the asss. He must stand his ground.
As long as the CJ Simeon Amadi is with him, he can never be impeached before 2027. He must keep the CJ with him.

3. Set the process of repeating the LGA elections. He has the RISIEC and for his effort the last 2 years, he has the majority of the people.
You just need to be on the streets and listen to local radio and TV stations to see that majority of Rivers people are currently simplified.
His people will win again!

4. Govern like that without giving a fuc. if Martin and his people want the state to move forward fine, if not fine.
He will still collect his salary and entitlements.

His current godfathers all rejected him in the primary stage.
He was imposed on the party. Suddenly, those who opposed his

And they will switch allegiance again after he foolishly dig his own grave.
That is the nature of politics that Fubara don't understand.

Afterall agreement is agreement abi?

So if they demand for example 60 percent of Rivers allocation he should give them abi??

The Nigerian constitution makes it expressly clear that nobody including the President has the right to spend a dime that belongs to the people without appropriation. The legislative arm of government must pass a lawful legal budget b4 u as a governor or President will have the statutory right to spend it. Without it, u have committed the worst offense and every money u spend that is not appropriated for is illegal and you must pay it back to the government. The court simply says you cannot continue spending government money without appropriation, go back and represent the budget to the legally constituted & recognised house, b4 u will be able to spent government money. Without that, no money will be released to u.

How is this difficult for anyone to understand and u here whipping stupid sentiments.

Every money he has spent belonging to Rivers people since he assumed office till date is illegal in the eye of the law because it was not appropriated for. There is no Executive in the history of Nigeria that has spent government money without appropriation. Fubara is the 1st to be spending government money illegally, and it is a serious impeachable offense. Even the Judges cannot touch government money that has not been appropriated to them.
