I followed the undergrad form purchase process down to payment level. Made payment and came back to click "I've sent the money" but the system failed to confirm the payment despite that Remita had been credited and logged me off the NOUN site.

I tried getting back to the site, clicked on 'continue after payment', entered the Remita RRR but keep getting a 'wrong RRR or no response from Remita' message. What do I do, pls? I've sent a mail to NOUN, no response. Their customer care lines are not even working.
Pls help.

That is why they will tell you to print out the remitta Form containing your details and go to the bank and pay directly ..


That is most effective as you will use those slips for clearance and further processing ..


And in case of any issue you can present that as evidence ..

Nothing like uploading result.. Just input the subject and corresponding Grades and submit...

I didn't go for the verification though because I didn't get the email and no need to gatecrash


Except they want to send emails to us to send our details and all of that cos I didn't go for the physical verification......

I was among the 2019 set that got the congratulations message from them without an EMAIL follow-up...


I did everything back then and wasn't acknowledged until this year.. But no mail...

Time: 8.00am.
Venue: TETfund 1000-Seater Hall, Dennis Osadebay University, Anwai- Asaba.

Please come with originals and two photocopies each of all your relevant documents including academic certificates, birth records, NYSC discharge/exemption/exclusion certificate, LGA Identification, recognized ID card, three passport-size photographs and so on.

You are to print out this letter from your mail as your pass through the gate.

Met the director and he said anybody that didn't receive email is not on the list for appointment letter...

Meaning if you receive SMS and no Email message meaning your name is not on the list..

Other people with such issue were all there but that was the message..

We even asked what next and they said we can still wait if the email will come!!

Very pathetic and confusing....

DELTA PPEB said if you got the SMS message and No Email meaning your name is not on the list for appointment letter and they have refused to release the list for those they sent SMS to...

Why did you congratulate people and turn around that their names aren't on the list of those employed...

If you are reading this they are trying to hijack our appointment...

I just left the office and that is what we were told...

No email means you are not among those taken to get appointment letters despite the Governor congratulating Us.
