I have also not seen a thread that staff come out and start discussing events that happened at their organizations AGM to the world, especially when the AGM was for some specific set of people, for certain reason. It may not be clients information, but common sense should still be applied.

True talk. However salary review is really not meant for internal consumption and was not discussed at the AGM. U cud check glassdoor and see Kpmg salary posted there by employees. U didnt see any other thing discussed right? This salary review was an issue brought up since and it just manifested. I repeat

Anyway, what I love about working for Big 4 is how fast you learn on the job. I Learnt more about accounting in my 6 first months than the 4 years I spent in school studying it.
Also love how you get to interact with top managerial clients. CFOs, Financial controllers or managers (for those of us in Assurance). Does good for your network (even have 2 that chat with me from time to time).

What I hate is to get wrong schedules that dont tie to Tb, Gl that dont tie ro Tb (unbelievable but true), extremely RUDE lower level staff who think you are there to catch them stealing

. My entire training went like this:
Leave office by 6 pm, get home by 10pm sleep b4 15 minutes has passed , wake up by 4:20am, get to work by 7:30, and spend the whole day looking like a Zombie and guzzling coffee in hope that it would revive me, but it didnt.
Also I didnt follow the training at all. I wished that we could carry over sleep. You will get used to it cos you will be in situations where you close by 11pm. Goodluck

None of the above. The training is for 6 weeks. The first 4 would be focused on PwC as a whole after which you would be posted to your different BUs. The other 2 weeks would then br used to prepare you for your jobs.
