Last week Wednesday, The Federal Executive Council (FEC) approved a total of N1,039,000,000 for contracts variation in the ministries of Health and Water Resources for the upward review of contract for the emergency supply, installation and maintenance of the 38 oxygen plants across the country in the sum of N836 million and N203 million was approved as the revised estimate cost for the consultants supervising Bagwai Water Dam Irrigation project in Bagwai council area of Kano State.

Reading is problem with some of you. Did you see where I said certain amount of money must go through federal executive council/president? I repeat, it's hard for ministers to steal and not get caught. I came from a family who knows how ministries and government agencies are run.

Ministers make money through duty tour allowances and estacodes. I know duty tour allowance per day for a minister is like 2 million Naira per day while estacodes for oversea trips is like $5,000 per day.

So far the battery works fine, no need to get a new one. If u can gain access to the battery, use a very strong toothpick to pierce it coming from the side so the battery doesn't short. Then press out the excess gas from the battery till it's flat; use tape to cover the pierced point.
