• HND/ BSC degree in Mechanical / Electro-mechanical Engineering - preferred
• At least 7 years’ experience as a Fleet & Facility Manager in a very busy environment preferably manufacturing sector.

The Finance role involves allocating the financial resources of the company in a way that maximizes its wealth and profitability through producing financial reports, coordinating direct investment activities, and developing strategies and plans for the short and long-term financial goals of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

Management

Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.Formulate strategic and long term business plans.Manage the company's accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.

Funds Management

Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.Maintain relationships with the bankers and statutory organisations.Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure.

Budgeting

Manage the preparation of the company's budgetReport to management and the Board of Directors on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances

Financial Analysis
