You will be called for auditioning and all will takes about 2 days to conclude depending on your location.The haven't yet told you that there are forms you must sign..After selecting the people they want,you all will be invited to come to Lagos--a studio in lekki and you will be told that you are going to do another auditioning for a ENTREPRENEURSHIP REALITY SHOW that runs for 13 weeks.You are to sign a bond of agreement not to question them, argue or talk bad about them concerning the whole stuff.Many intelligent people refused to sign and left them.After some weeks you will hear how they have funded some business ventures with 500,000 and above.

NOTE-
1.You dont learn anything.
2.No knowledge is gained from successful and experienced entrepreneurs
3.The whole process looks so cooked and arranged with many things not clear.
4.There is no clarity from their initial plan and what you are seeing
5.You get frustrated with the whole process,they recruit young boys and girls who dont even know what they are doing.
6.We dont get to hear about the successful ones making great impact in the soceity.

*Articulate Ideas and advise the management board appropriately, formulation and planning of policies and procedures, giving recommendations to the board of directors.
* Look for possible future change opportunities
* Setting budgets, fund projects which support the company policies.
*Oversee operations in the credit, investment, treasury and assets management across various departments.
* Oversee design, marketing, branding and promotion delivery. Have a robust network in the region, nationally and amongst govt officials
*Have a knack for meeting up to expected turnover and IRR over specified period.
*Ensure staff conformance to the policies and procedures that in turn are in sync with laws and regulatory bodies.
*Fundraising planning and Implementation including identifying resource requirements, and funding sources.
*Execute projects as needed.

Qualifications:
· University degree in finance or relevant discipline.
Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred
· 5-8 years experience in investment, finance/
capital markets, business and strategy
consulting, operations, or related areas.

*Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas simply;
* Proven ability to execute on an investment thesis
*Highly motivated self-starter who creates
opportunity, does not wait for direction, solves her/his own problems, is highly organized and operates with limited management.
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
*Exceptional sales skills and comfortable with aggressive goals
*Recognized strong interpersonal and
relationship management skills
*Strong working knowledge of technology.
*Great personality and ability to articulate ideas to the board members as well as role up sleeves on the field.
