I also took the test and interview for the WHO State / Field Officer role. I've not heard anything since I did my interview but the other guy (Mintek) has got an invite

Let me start by commending the good job you're doing on this forum...your informative and insightful posts/responses here have in no small measure helped hopefuls like us.

I'm being considered for the role of WHO STATE/FIELD OFFICER and was interviewed late March 2015, having taken and passed the assessment about 10days earlier.

The time-frame from the day I applied for this role, through the assessment day to the day I was interviewed was just about a forthnight, and based on that, I had thought the process could be consummated within a month.

However, I haven't heard from them ever since, and as you would expect, suspense has begun to set in .

Also, to my surprise, salary wasn't discussed at all at the interview, thereby making me suspect there could be yet another interview to be scheduled.

Finally, the Work Experience section of my CV only contains the experiences garnered during my undergraduate internship as well as National Youth Service...do you think Stanbic IBTC would want to probe these?

...and please what do you have to say about the preceding issues, - likely time to hear from you again, any further interview, salary band (I hold an IT certification), and other facts about this role?

Your case is just like mine, no post NYSC experience + IT Certifications. I don't see this as an issue though because the role requires no experience according to the job description sent along with my interview invite. The job description also says this role is a BTA2 level role (whatever that means), so there should be a fixed salary (my guess).

From an inside source, I was told they are still recruiting people for this particular role, meaning people are yet to even write their assessments or even attend an intwerview. However, I don't know if there will be another interview but I doubt it. *fingers crossed*

Like I said earlier, they are conventional test questions. Practicing Gmat and GRE questions will do you good. In addition, prepare to write a short essay after the Aptitude Test

Are you to select from a pool of topics or you were given a particular topic? Just to know the kinda topics to expect. Thanks

The other big 3 consulting firms do not keep people waiting. They always keep applicants posted. KPMG for instance always contacts applicants within 3 days after completing any particular stage of the recruitment process!

I've not experienced the other consulting firms but sincerely, not giving feedbacks is a common thing with Nigerian HR teams

Did they tell u when they would get back to you? I wrote their test in January and they are yet to tell me weda I passed or not...I guess they have one of the worst HR teams in the world!

I guess most HR teams in Nigeria do this, they ain't the only one... Just hoping things get better with our recruitment processes

If I may ask, is it that the you ain't interested anymore or the new date (if there's one already) doesn't favour you like the old one?

I wonder how dragnet selects those to invite I have done over 8 applications through them and no single invite. Did any Bsc Computer Science get an invite?

I have BSc Computer Science + MSc Computing and IT but didn't get an invite for the NSE. I got an invite for Dragnet themselves though
