I don't know how to put this but all these sanctions, withdrawals,bla bla Russia is doing is just for awhile sooner or later they will fall out. Women are emotional being and so whatever they do,they attach feelings and emotions to it..she might have been severally heartbroken and hurt by her past relationship that she fears opening up to you for fear of losing you. Well learn to be more like a brother than a friend to her. Take her on a date and calmly demand answers for things she does which are unclear to you. Talk with love and empathy. She will open up to you with time, don't let it bother you much.
