Fingerprint technology for some phones are faulty... Or inadequate. We have common DNA strains with our blood relation. But none is 100% same.. The problem is when phone Biometrics use less than 50 identical markers, when you have say say 600 DNA markers which also reflect in your fingerprint. So any close relative like a child who has enough similar DNA markers with you, can open your phone. It has been long proven.. Phones like Samsung updated their biometric software.. some time ago, to accommodate such similarities.

There are goods that are prohibited from Export because the major players have Government connections and the restriction of the market suits their profits more! We have not explored our Bitumen deposits while importing Bitumen used for all the roads In Nigeria. MC1 and S125 Bitumen are mostly supplied by a few companies. A foreign company ASCA is one of the Biggest! Yet we have deposits of Bitumen in abundance. Personal interests overrides national interests... We have to tax luxury goods heavily instead of an outright ban. That is the right way forward.
The wastages of Governance is another major issue, we have concessions and waivers for certain individuals while the rest are subject to restrictions, why?

Removal of Import/Export Restrictions means taxing the Restricted goods heavily but not banning or restricting the goods like it is done worldwide!! It is a tried and tested fiscal policy which will enrich the Treasury and help the local manufacturer in terms of Infrastructure and Subsidies!!
If you must import something, you will also be ready to pay whatever the FG wants or you manufacture the same locally!!
It is a free market which is determined by the comparative advantages of the importer or manufacturer!! That way no one is stifled and free market forces will hold sway!!

Very sound policy for those that understand International trade. Economies of scale will prohibit importation, without Government restrictions. Laws of demand and supply will be checkmated by Import costs versus manufacturing costs as well as natural market demands!

Its a pity everyone that is in 'opposition' to Obi-Datti. Is grasping at straws in trying to fault Peter Obis every move. Well it is expected!! This is like the story of the monkey and the Nut in a bottle! The looters of Nigeria are sore losers!! They don't want to release their grasp on Nigeria. While they are suffocating her and stifling her growth.

We will suffer or progress Together!! Even the looters and the looted!!

If you are a youth and you still choose to vote for octagenarian Rubber Barons. The same people who have ruined the country. Please cower in shame! Because you are part of the problem. The politicians will use Ethnicity and Religion to Divide you ..yet allow their children to marry across religions so far as the other side is an elite.Their children all go to schools abroad while they refuse to settle ASUU. ASUU demands are less than Tinubus Accountant General of the Federation is being accused of stealing. It is less than the Annual Commission paid to Alpha Beta for a few years from Lagos state Revenue arrangements.
Do we really love Nigeria? Do we hate ourselves that much to see the country burn just to satisfy personal ambitions. Our Constitution and system of Government is too lax to allow it to be hijacked by Individuals. we inherited a system that was basically tweaked for the Military who had an autocratic leaning. The lack of checks and balances.. The lack of transparency.. the lack of federal character and orientation. Means that the wrong crew will definitely sell or lose Nigeria to Mercenaries masquerading as Politicians and consultants.
The old system must go.
This is not how to run a country.. this is not how to play the democratic game of politics. We have lost it completely.
The country needs more expertise than we have available. Peter Obi is our best bet out of this quagmire.
I pity the next president of Nigeria ..no matter who it will be. Because it will be very tough.
Long live the Youths of Nigeria!!

Seems like a naturally occurring mole that might run in your family.. Chances are that the barber cut an existing growth and when it later grew seems like it was a result of the barbers cut.. most Growths of this kind are mostly non cancerous but a biopsy will tell you accurately if it is benign or Malignant. This is just my personal opinion...

Then tell him that he will inspect it from German floor to roofing stage which should not be more than 3 or 5k per visit use local Manson for the block work they collect about 40 naira per block.
Block work to parapet = 1200000
Roofing use 4.5 mm for ur roof=1300000
Window and door -700000
Plastering/window hook=350000
Toilet firings =250000
Tiles go for China tiles=700000
Electrical work=250000
Celling =100000
Just budget 5m and ur work is done don't get discourage by comments u see here. Good luck.
