magallen is one character that Oda probably surprised me with, note that he is paramecia and not Logia, but seems the only warden with a df power magallen is for me a bit too strong to be true especially when u consider that he didn't fight at full power and the one time he truly got angry ppl kinda melted, it was made to look like he was admiral level (based on DF and not Haki since he never used it) I mean he had 2 shikibukai's on the run (Jinbei and Crocodile) amazing guy.
