I said this same thing yesterday the mods deleted the topic ,the north can never defeat a United south never!! Because I am sure that even the middle belt will never join them in their useless jihad ,plus wars never go exactly as planned they may have all the weapons and power to their advantage but you can still never tell what the future brings the Japanese,Germans and Italians were light years ahead of the world in preparations for war they had the best weapons and trained soldiers but how did the world war end who won at last, for now let's just watch them chest beat ,till that time..

If other southerners had stayed in their homes and enjoyed the mango, northern region was not even a match to Biafra regardless what support the northern region received from outside Nigeria. I really do not know what gave the jackasses the effrontery to invoke the thread of war.

The southern militia groups have replied the Northern Elders threat they made in one of their media that the southern part of Nigeria will bleed if the president resigns.

"We will take the war to the North. We will not allow them destroy our beautiful cities down south"- MEND (Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta)

"This is not 1967-1970 when the battle ground was in the south, majorly the south east. We will be offensive this time around and the North will feel the bloody heat." -IPOB (Indigenous People of Biafra)

"It is high time we ignore these fools and cowards we need to take them serious. We southerners need to be prepared."- OPC (Oodua Peoples Congress )

"What are we still waiting for, let put these clowns out of existence. Let turn the North to Sahel desert" - Avengers

If the alleged comments in the above post were remotely true, it is safe to say that this is the first time in 60 sorry years of the shithole called Nigeria the southerners seemed to possess human intellect.

Did they not try it?
In this present issue concerning WTO
From the report I read
US, EU even UK all had one voice in subsequent WTO leadership selection

This is the first time they are disagreeing over the choice of candidacy

Since the asenscion of Trump. The US and her major allies in the European Union and UK now don't agree on things again.
This should be a big worry for the US

Trump has brought them major issues
And that's how empires decline
The world doesn't revolve around America

The world rearly drive American cars more of Asian and European cars
The world don't even watch there sports more of European sports
Luxury goods, fine wine etc still Europeans
It's only in technology they are ahead

Which world are you talking about in the above post? USA automobile industries have hard time satisfying USA, north and south American markets talk less about the world. Europeans and Asians depend on USA market to sell their vehicles. It is funny Nigerian hungry masses still demand American spec vehicles. European and Asian auto industries must build vehicles to the satisfactory of USA spec or else they close factories.

Is onions cheap in Lagos? Is the Onions market in Aba supplying every market in Igbonland and the South West? What happened to the Onions in the commodity markets is in Rivers, Owerri, Enugu, Abakilili?

What happened to the onions at Ahia Ohuru in Aba?

Please let's not give voice to the wickedness of traders who will Jack up prices of goods because of the protest.

Yes, there will be consequences for the foolishness of Igbos for burning the market in Aba but that does not in any way explain the hike in price in Lagos and elsewhere.

Please South-East and South-South start cultivating vegetables including Onions. Do not depend on the skills of other people to supply you onions.

Oga the power of America is declining small small most especially during this Trump's really.
There traditional allies European Union and UK are now distancing themselves from them.

We now have a multi polar world
If the US pull out from WTO, nothing will happen. Every other nation will find there level.
The world doesn't start or end in the US
Which is the big mistake Trump is making.
He thinks everything is about America.

They tried it with Adesina in ADB and they failed woefully
US can't be a lone ranger
When almost every other top country is behind iweala.
Trump has a lot of lesson to be taught, with all those his arrogance and looking down on people, claiming he is a billionaire
How much is his networth self? Maximum 3 billion dollars when people like Mike Bloomberg with net worth of over 60 billion dollars don't make noise. Even Dangotes wealth is like 5 times trump's wealth.

He is just unnecessarily arrogant

Nigerians have tendency to compare oranges to apples. What is AFDB compared to WTO? USA just gave token opposition due to complaints leveled against the president of AFDB by some people from member nations.

International trade is only about patents? So if you are a country like Brazil or Argentina that are exporting huge quantities of beef and soya beans you have to patent them?

Please educate your comprehensible skills. There are certain countries USA will not ship certain goods. Sometimes certain licenses are required, WTO sometimes acts as a clearing house. The beef and soya are laughable in above post. I guess you could do better than this. Who gives a ratass about over the counter goods such beef, soya, cocoa and even crude oil. These are goods and services that can be ironed on bilateral talks.

I wish Ngozi will get the job and good luck but is very unlikely. It is either Ngozi or WTO. Once USA withdraws from WTO, that is the end of WTO. Did China, Russia or EU bust the economic sanctions USA and Trump administration imposed on Iran?

I want to ask you, was this position competitive in the first place? If yes, why should one country be pushing to edge out someone that has already garnered the majority endorsement? If in your stupid opinion, Nigeria has nothing to offer, why allow them to participate in the first place? You people allow your hatred for your country and frustration to influence you so much. If not, you will never imagine that you know better than those 104 countries that endorsed the woman.

How many trade patents do the majority of the countries hold? Nigerians tend to be vulgar on issue they know absolutely nothing about. It is even silly to engage Nigerians in an intellectual exercise. Ngozi is an Igbo woman and I would like for her to get the job however it very unlikely she will get the job.

You have no idea who Trump sees an ally. His understanding of the world is no more advanced than an high school kid. All European powerhouses and also South Korea are Trump's trade enemy because they make money from the US.

Any organization domestic or foreign that Trump cannot bully or dictate to is compromized.
Trump doesn't give a shit about the South Korean candidate. He is supporting her to use as a pretext to blackmail members into submission or pull out if he can't get his way. He would likely be pulling out of the UN too because it no longer favours dictatorship and trickery. I wish he is re-elected so America's hegemony can be totally demystified and dismantled. America won a lottery in that smart and urepresentative people were in charge at his foundation and were able to maintain power. As "real Americans" gain power, we will start to see the naked emperor.

It is unfortunate that people who have not worked in a policy-making organization usually think everything in USA flows from Trump.

Let us not talk about qualifications here.

The game is beyond that.

US supported a medical doctor to become president of the world Bank.

There are trade secrecies and proprieties which are involved. USA can only support a candidate from a country or countries which attested to protect such secrecy. By qualify, I did not mean academic qualification or job experience. Mere becoming USA citizen does not automatically qualify her for the position.

Your assertion is completely wrong including the analysts unprojected judgement on the issue. Nigeria is the strongest ally of US in Africa and the trade between Nigeria and US has rose above any other time in the recent decades. Forget abt China mobile phones and petty trade Nigerian do with China, agriculture, spare parts of industries and heavy duty machines and weapons Nigeria buy from US make greater difference. US is just looking for someone who will depend their interest amidst difficult trade battle with China.
The confused gullible dullard Trump who is always supported here by his fellow dullards has shown his real face. The hater of intelligence, racist who isn't even aware of his mission to destroy his country's foreign diplomacy. He has done it with WHO which is headed by African, Ethiopian & perhaps he'll fail again with WTO.
I think she'll win because Trump lost EU support as he's already in disagreement with them in many policies. Recently, Macron asked EU to stop relying on US for weapons.

Any person who slightly believed in racism is a dullard.

I can understand why you believe what you typed but to think the Trump Administration is a force of good vs evil globalist forces out there is to admit how limited your knowledge horizon is. I will suggest you read more, learn more and have an open mind rather than spend all your time on white supremacist websites who are masquerading themselves as well meaning christians.

There are advantages and disadvantages to Globalism as there are to Nationalism. One is not necessarily better than the other. I could even argue that globalism is responsible for some of the things you as an individual enjoys today. Are you aware that corporations run the USA, and I mean both parties in the USA. Please how do you think corporations became so rich and powerful, you think it was by supporting nationalist ideas? It is sad that you cannot see Trump for who he truly is; a conman and a racist disguised as a populist and nationalist. If he did believe in his nationalist ideas, please tell me why would he be trying to setup hotels across the world and sub-contract some of his own company's manufacturing to china? Before you label me an anti-christ, go and read, learn and keep an open mind while doing so.

Now I get that you are in love with all things Trump but then every once in a while it never hurts to understand what you are supporting. Do not just listen to what is retorted, read and make up your own mind.

I just hold my head in shame when most Africans display inferior mentality by making silly condescending statements such as "White Supremacist". I ask Supreme in what? If you claim to be black or believe in the idiocy of black and white for human beings, I suggest you form "Black Supremacist" group and stop crying for pity.

I think this 'veto' talk especially coming from the 'chief promoter' of democracy is ironically undemocratic. I can understand that in security related matters, but on this,...

Why should, one dissenting voice invalidate the views of everyone else? What happens if the US tries to exercise a veto power and the other world powers decide to do the same but with a different view?

Veto is the purest sample of democracy because it protects the voice of the minority.

This is an eye opener to those who thinks Trump is interested in anything good about Nigeria. They went rejoicing and hailing Trump, simply because he insulted buhari. I wonder what they will do now that he is insulting our revered Okonjo Iweala.

If USA does not succeed, WTO is gone. Why would Trump be interested in anything good about the shithole called Nigeria when the Nigerians are not interested in anything good about their country? Nigeria has absolutely nothing to offer the world in trading session. How many bolts and nuts are produced in Nigeria compared with South Korea?
