Our unmanned forests are a big security threat, thousands have been kidnapped and hidden in the forests, bandits and terrorists also hibernate comfortably in our forests unchallenged.

Mr President pass this bill quickly, so our ungoverned spaces can be occupied by state operatives.

At least for a start, a 200,000 operatives can be trained within their local government of origin.

We need to occupy our forests spaces.

Give them good flexible boots
Give them good ammunition
Give them Infra red night vision Googles
Give them good welfare packages
Give them rugged bikes and utility vehicles
Build their barracks deep in forests across Nigeria.

He was clearly outside of the bank, and it's not very smart blaming GTB because Nigerian police can track you to anywhere and arrest you if they have a warrant. Genz are not smart at all, all over the world, once you are wanted you can be tricked, picked up and captured, if you like call it kidnap or whatever, but police deploy any means necessary to catch suspects, when they have a warrant.

He seem to have left GTB bank. These Nigerian genz are very gullible, running with the lie that he was apprehended inside GTB.

If security operatives track you to a place, you can't blame nobody. Abi GTB wan stop federal agency from carrying out it's job?

How many wealthy people do you see relocating, change your mentality or work till you die. An adult at 40 sharing bathrooms with strangers in a small room and who have to work more than 60hrs a week to survive is suffering, even you are in 'paradise'.

Why have all the big men in Nigeria not relocated?

There are opportunities in Nigeria too, for business men and service providers,brokers etc. a lot are making it here too...but some of you live in rural areas I understand... it's relative don't generalise.

We must demand our house of assembly and senate members, as well as members of our state parliament push this across all spectrums.

Southern Nigeria must occupy our forests... build forests reserves with forests rangers and barriers, guard dogs too should be employed to guard forests. Forests rangers must be given automatic weapons, radio communication and training on self defence and surviving in the forests.

Our forests should be turned into training grounds and building of barracks for our forests rangers and security/vigilante units, these forests should also be used for agriculture, with forest guards given specific duty areas, ensuring the anti grazing law is effected fully and anyone caught living in forests arrested unless you are a licenced indigenous forests ranger. All states have their own hunters, hunters should only hunt in their state, licenced by the state authorities, all other hunters must be outlawed from carrying guns beyond their state...hunting across state lines is how infiltration and gun proliferation spread.

Good development. Ending open grazing across Nigeria, especially southern Nigeria, will lead to bountiful harvest and reduce cost of food.

If you want to sell cows, get a land, fence it and keep your cows there, it is a private business like every other business. Stop using your business to disturb others.

15 years imprisonment for anyone caught grazing openly, with minimum of N50million compensation to the affected farmers across southern Nigeria now. Our wealth is in our lands, the benefits of outlawing open grazing greatly outweighs anything else. First and foremost we are protecting the lives of our people, and creating wealth via our land/agriculture.

Very good, Mr Monday emulate this law in Edo state. Edo state house of assembly, pass a law with 15 years imprisonment for open grazing offenders and N50million fine compensation to affected farms.

Everyone must seek information on kidnappers racket and criminals and pass to authorities.

Do your own part, form volunteer squad, work with the local vigilantes, your squad can track foot paths, and try to find locations or routes of kidnappers. Consciously gather information on strangers and any suspicious or new people in your community.

Form vigilante squads to support the main local government vigilante units, every ward should have a domiciled vigilante unit, to gather, watch and pass information to security operatives and main vigilante.

Everyone must become security conscious, see something, say something.

Infiltration is the number 1 way our security operatives can bring this terrorist and kidnapping network down.

They have a central trading system, they are key players who buy these tusks and animal assets from the bandits, we need to spend more money, pay more informants, insert moles into the network, there are key players in such a market, with a few top bosses, not many.
