Testmi just sent a mail to those with 0% score. The exam have been reschedule between 12 and 2pm today. Thanks

For those that score 0% in the exam. I just contacted testmi. I was told that those that scored 0% should await mails from testmi @12pm for a retake. There is hope.

I just finished writing and I had same issue. I have sent them message via mail and WhatsApp. Hopefully, they will reply.

I think everybody will be writing the test again. But I wonder why it should be same date and same time again for everybody after what we experienced in the first test. Let's hope it goes well this time around.

Job Summary

To plan, direct and coordinate marketing activities towards achieving AE targets, long term growth, brand profitability and customers satisfaction of UFL Snacks brand's portfolio

You will be accountable for:

Develop, and implement agreed brand strategies in accordance with business objectives.
Execute communication, advertising, packaging and other marketing activities.
Plan, organize and monitor promotion activities to achieve AE targets.
Collate and analyze market data and maintain all sales statistics relating to the brand in conjunction with Consumer Insights Manager.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity and develop appropriate tactics to contain competition.
Update brand history annually, prepare and execute brand activities to achieve company's objectives.
Ensure the effective utilization of the Snacks brand marketing budget to achieve the set objectives.
Maintain and update records on marketing expenditure (Advertising and promotions) to ensure that expenditure is kept within agreed budget.
In conjunction with Sales Team, ensures optimal brand distribution in the trade channels.
Oversee pricing strategies for the category
Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:

A Bachelor's degree, MBA would be an added advantage
Minimum of 4 years FMCG Marketing experience
Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
Analytical, methodical and presentation skills
Be a good listener and able to respond to results and consumer research
Energetic and passionate about product specialty
Be a team leader, inspire others and work well with range of people within and outside the business
Work well under pressure
Possess a CIM or NIMN qualification.

I am still unable to log in. The site is down.

Am about to start but the site has gone down.

No instructions yet on the site.

Because its virtual and the possibility of sitting for the exams between 10am and 1pm, I think the questions won't be the same for everybody. Just hope and pray for easy questions to come your way.

I feel there should be clear instructions on system and other requirement for those writing virtual test so they can be prepared.

I hope both virtual and CBT questions are same ooo. Wish everyone of us success.

Yeah. Most likely, exams will no longer be virtual. November 14th will be enough for them to make necessary arrangement. Hopefully, they won't postpone it again.
