I was at the INEC office the other day for the transfer of my PVC to a new unit in (Obio/Akpor LGA) in Rivers State.
What I saw there was a hot slap on the face of this country.
From the entrance to the main building everything was in sorry state.
I wonder how the workers there cope in such environment.

My worry about the constitution amendment is the state governors knowing how influential they are to the State Assembly.
