Workout. Since you are looking for size, start from light weights and increase the load as you increase the sets per exercise. Remember to stimulate rather than overtrain. Eat a lot. At least unlike the usual three square meals, you will be gunning for 5 to six times daily. And your eating will be at a regular time interval, eg. After Every 2-3hours, you will eat. Sleep. You will always make sure you get the proper amount of sleep daily. At least 5 hours a day. Thank me later. |
