hmmmm..
first determine the version of ur phone (can see it written on the label under the battery or on the 'About Android' menu in settings screen. else u can find it written in white letters on the main circiut board of the phone)

NEXT ensure ur phone has usb connectivity to your computer, simple check is to listen for a connection alert when u connect the phone without the batter (especially on window 7, 8, and 10)...
if u hear the alert proceed to the NEXT step, else its "Houston, we have a hardware problem" and you may need to 'chitchat' with ur friendly neighborhood gsm techie

next download the firmware (phone OS)
use spflashtool to update the firmware(that means to "flash" in plain oyigbo )
dont worry spflashtool is pretty self explanatory....
if still cant get the hang of it , find a nifty tutorial below:

hmmmm....seems like The touch-pad module has a problem bro....firstly remove all form of screen protection you have installed on the touchscreen, if still same, try doing a soft reset..if then still no joy, can take it to a any of their service centers near you.[/b]

kindly like if you find this helpful

I already recovered the phone after taking it to service centre, it took them just 3 hours to fix the phone. working perfectly now. I was trying to make fake wifi work in phone. if u have an idea u can guide me

missslimzy:
really, u want to cheat abi?

I want to opt out whenever the game goes against me.

jboixxx:
Several people have been doing that here o without ish. Calcare isn't everywhere na, maybe 4/5 states in the whole country.

I enjoyed carlcare services a lot that's why I hardly go for, expecially mtk devices that don't have it.

marsoden:
After 2 years, you're still blaming the past government. It shows how much a failure the government is and how the supporters pride in the failure.

after two years u guys still refused to accept defeat. crying till 2019 when u still face another defeat. God willing.

Gptech:
All and more have been done here, you can't compare a physical care centre, like carlcare to this place .

yap

Gptech:
Virtually all services are free here .

I mean like flashing a phone or replacement of some faulted parts etc. u cnt compare service centres with forums.

Gptech:
Which country? Hehehehe, this thread is better than most service centres, take it or leave it, infact we can take issues up here better than service centres .

some services are free of charge at carlcare. when validity is intact.

freebuddy:
Dem dey talk of meat somebody dey mention pomo.

widen ur knowledge, some are even consuming frogs.

Gptech:
We made them cheap here, thanks to this thread, you can't compare Gionee phones to Xiaomi phones, Xiaomi midrange phones compete with Gionee flagships ( that is if they actually have any). One word for Gionee is OVERPRICED!

the only fear I hv for Xiaomi is there is no service centre in my the country

Mfunkynation:
