Believe you me, when I say it's not your OS fault. The fault isn't from Windows 10 & even if you get windows 8.1 it wouldn't change a thing.

The fault is likely from your system. Try playing under low to medium settings, it might solve the problem. Or better still, head over to Apunkagames.biz and download pes 2015,you should be able to enjoy it at high settings.

It depends on the name of the recovery.

If you saved it with twrp.img,

Then ADB can only see it via this command:

fastboot flash recovery twrp.img

But,

If you saved it with recovery.img,

Then ADB can only see it via this command:

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

Also, note that you must place the twrp file into the ADB folder under program files.
