More often than not, we really don’t have problems
with how money comes into our hands when it comes

The local administration run their own economies. That ushered in a rapid economic transformation that was termed the 'Great Leap Forward'. Today China is financing the United States federal debts. Until Nigeria practice true federalism and decentralize governance at all levels and most importantly diversify the economy, We will be running a vicious circle. Size of government need to be reduced to curb wastage of funds.
