I have an Infinix Note 3 X601, updated to Android N, Rooted and Philz Touch 6. 59, 0 custom recovery installed. Problem began when I tried to factory reset it from within the settings, the phone rebooted to recovery to wipe the data, and since then it wont boot to system again, whenever i try to boot it to system, it will go to recovery. if i connect it to pc, the pc wont recognise it, the pc will show a message that the USB device is not recodnisd, and the phone will boot to recovery again.
i tried to reflash the stock firmware using sp flashtool and it always fails as the system will not recognise the phone, even though i have the required mtk drivers installed.

i will appreciate any help i can get in reviving this phone. thanks in advance

No I didn't, the problem started b4 the update was released

I bought Elephone BT2 from u about 2 month ago and having problems with it. A section of the top of the screen is dead, a little bit above the power button, is just not responding to touch. If I rotate the the I can't type letters S & Z and ,. Then this morning I noticed another problem, the screen started acting wild, as if something is touching it. It will open different apps or place call by it self. Though that seems to stop now. I am wondering if there is way I can claim warranty on the phone?

The design of the p 7000 is better, the display is better is better, the only advantage of p8000 is the upgraded battery and fast charging. Its like I haven't studied the phone well b4 placing the order
