As for me, I did the following:
*lots of pepper soup with uda, uziza, uteshi, osumada, dry and stock fish, snails, and other hot hot spices + pounded yam.

* stomach pressing is a must and helps fasten blood flow, and also help the womb contrast faster to its normal shape and helps burn off baby fat around the stomach. It worked for me.

*I used girdle religiously. the only time I wasn't wearing girdle was when I was having my bath. I also substituted with wrapper but when I wanted to go out to the clinic, I wore my girdle. And it worked for me.

*****don't drink alcohol please.***

The only thing that gave me away as a new mum was my milk filled swollen Bobbis.

Please guys I need help. Before mtn stopped their bbc subscription, I was really enjoying it.
Airtel data network is terribly poor here and it doesn't even work when I switch it to 3G.

Now I am left with mtn and glo. Which should, i go for? I have been using glo daily 13mb for 100 naira but its crap and doesn't last at all.

So please which subscription should I go for (mtn/glo)? and how many MB will I be given per month? Thanks for your response. I use N3.

I no fit laugh abeg. Whoever did this Photoshop should remove the fish tail so it will rhyme well with the specially created legs. Nice attempt anyway.

You are probably adding too much butter or your flour is not upto the right quantity. I had this same problem when I newly started baking till I realised I was using X2 of the supposed quantity of butter.


Secondly, there is nothing wrong with simas butter. Though I no longer use it, I use Topper now because of its special flavour but that doesn't mean Simas is bad. The only problem I have with Topper is that it's just too strong and if you are mixing with hand, u go hear am wella.

Hello Mr Genius, thanks for the good work you are doing here. My opera mini suddenly stopped working on my N3. When I open it, it just shows white screeen and later the screen will write "opera mini has stopped working, force close or wait). I had to download UCweb. But I prefer opera.

Yes its working. The network is very very poor in Abuja. It doesn't work on 3G , only on edge yet very slow. I couldn't download anything with tubemate. I now have to rely on glo gbam.

Am really affected by this. Had to switch to glo for browsing while my BBC subscription isn't up to two weeks. I pray we find a lasting solution to this problem. God bless you once again.
