Boss pls this dey new set of code I'm getting after my mechanic services my engine oil switch on Friday, ... But they engine light still come up .

So my electrician have to swap 1st cylinder coil, plus a new plug, ... then swab out dey code and scan

Your solution is straight forward, after the test you will know whether the parts you are buying sef are faulty or wrong ones

Boss I just bought they engine of recent... barely 4 months old

This major problem here is misfiring. The plugs and coils needed to be replaced. If it doesn't solve the issue. Then the engine is faulty

Blinking Check light is misfire which is fix by change of plug and or change of coil packs. Original china plug is 3500 for a pair, it may have increased now so probably the plugs you bought is low quality or fake.

In your report cylinder 2 didn't show up, you need to buy ur own scanner if you can then remove cylinder 2 plug and coil and switch around individually for 1,3 and 4 and see whether the error is still in those cylinder. If no error means your issue is plug or coil, if cylinder 2 accessories still shows error in those other cylinder then engine is the culprit or another thing.

Now Rescan vehicle and collect all codes, you could have ignition issues causing those misfire

You have 3 cylinders misfire but only attended to two, if one cylinder misfire the engine light will blink, acceleration response will be low and exhaust fumes notice in cabin with black soot in exhaust. Also extreme vibration at stops.

Just scan the car now let's work with the codes, personal scanners start from 7k upwards

I bought a new engine a month ago.... I notice if I drove my Car for few mins or accelerates , they engine light we start blinking which will result to my car movement slow each times it comes up... So I took they car to my electrical, lastweek scanned it, which it show's 1, 3 and 4 cylinder error.. I was told to buy new plug which, I did and it seems to be worst, so I have to changed back to they tok plug they engine comes with... So I took they car to mechanic which he confirm that my 4 coil and plug are all Good...!! But I can't enjoy a smooth drive


Pls right now I'm really worried... !! Any suggestion or something else to looking into ... And does this issue has anything to do all with my bainbox

Pls I'm stranded and loss of thoughts they engine is barely a month old

Pls anyone with similar experience or solution should pls help

Hope you realize that when you resurface your cylinder, you're shaving off some part of it?
If the issue started after your engine overheated, you should ask your mechanic or a competent hand to go over the job to know why you're having that problem.
I'd also suggest you run a compression test on your engine amongst other diagnosis approach your mechanic would take on.

As for they overheating it only happened one’s beside they engine is less than 3months old and have not been to any stress due to this issue, it have been on parked since then, because of this issue it makes driving more difficult and annoying for me …. Pls your help and knowledge is highly needed …

misfire on cylinder 4.

Since I guess you have explored all spark and fuel supply options, it is time to check compression options with a cylinder compression tool.

Sadly I can guess the technicians working for you have no idea what I am talking about.

You might have to go the crude way of just repeating valve grinding .and hope for the best.

However Severe overheating can also affect piston rings so you might just have your work cut out for you.

Thanks for ur response... Actually I bought 2 original plug 3500 x2 ... At first due tro low funds, but instead of me to see results or changes it seems to be worse, asin engine brink frequently, in less than 2mins drive, besides dey pervious plug was confirmed by my mechanic that they're all Good, ..... Which got me more confused, first I was suspecting coil, that's after I experience overheating, which resulted to 3 coil of my burnt, so I managed to but 3coil...then

Which Year of Honda Please...
If my Valves needed to be changed they Guy that grand my top said nothing is wrong with my valves even during dey second times, he takes his time on that 4 plug valves properly and still said desame thing....

Some different mechanics apart from they one that's fixing my Car... Said they're not getting they engine timing, that's why... Pls any Car specialist here.. Could a wrong engine timing be they issue here

Pls house... I don't know if any of us have similar experience on his Honda Civic 06 .. Only they Driver windows that's not going down!! ... All other windows operate fine from they power switch at the driver side.. ..pls what could be they Fault
