Our pattern of short passes and expecting to get to the opponent's 18 yard box is outdated. We don't even have dribblers (save for Moses Simon) to be successful at short passes. That is why even lowly rated teams will not allow us to just walk past them expecting to score goals. Modern football calls for long range, above the ground passes, looking for fast attackers like Osimhen to jump, pounce and capitalise on.
No long range shorts, no ambition, just slow build up from average and slow defenders like Troost Ekong. Very frustrating.

This is one side of the story. Other Senators has testified that Senators, seating arrangement changes often and nothing out of the ordinary. This sense of entitlement is what I don't get. What is juicy committee, if not another term for stealing? As citizens we have to be careful when we take sides, otherwise we will be contributing to Nigeria problem. There are 109 Senators and about 70 committees. Definitely , approximately 30 Senators will not be Chairmen of committees. Can we then say that Akpabio was sexually harrassing those ones including the men? She is a first time senator and should not have been made the chairman of any committee as Chairman are usually returning Senators. This is why all her throwing of tantrums amounts to a child crying because she was not given preferential treatment. She cannot prove that her right has been trampled upon in anyway. At any rate if she indeed has a proof and a genuine case, the police and the court is where she should be heading and not a media trial. It is unprofessional and manipulative.

Can't each state enact a law banning open grazing? Free movement of people does not include free movement of animals.

A Constitution Amendment Bill seeking to return the Country to a Parliamentary System of Government has passed a second reading at the House of Representatives.

The Minority Leader and Reps member representing Obio-Akpor Federal Constituency, Kingsley Ogundu Chinda (PDP - Rivers) & 59 others in their proposed bill advocate the Office of Prime Minister as Head of Government.

"A Bill for An Act to alter the Provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 to provide for the Office of Prime Minister as Head of Government and the Office of the President as Head of State and to provide for a framework the the mode of election to the said offices and for Related Matters (HB. 1115)."

This is big news! We pray it gets passed and signed into Law.
