Only in Nigeria will people think a trader is better equipped to manage the economy than an accountant. A trader is always thinking of quick gain while an accountant / economist will think micro and macro level for long term gain / results.

I don't understand why many people underrate Canada. I know many professionals in Canada who are working in their professions and are earning good wages. Be it Doctors, Engineers, Nurses, Accountants, Project Managers, IT .. etc. The key to successful immigration is to relocate legally with the right immigration papers. The first few months or years may be rough and may require you to do menial jobs to survive, but once you understand the system, and navigate it properly, you should be good to go. No short cuts.

Over 95% of arrested drug traffickers are from the SE. This is really very troubling. However, it’s more troubling that political and religious leaders from the region doesn’t even see this as a problem. The usually loud Peter Obi, Oby Ezekwesili etc have not spoken up about this menace. They speak up about almost everything concerning other regions but act blind to a major pandemic ravaging the SE. This is just so sad.
