Such people could either save or get a payment plan where they pay half a million per month and payback for 7 or 8 years. In abroad, this is how many people could afford to buy new cars. It is subject to manipulation and rigging. A political party supporters were seen boasting that they will hack INEC servers and manipulate the results. Election can be counted manually at polling units and results collated. There are party agents present at every collation centers. So the incidents of manipulation and rigging should be very minimal especially for party with agents at every polling unit and collation centers. And if there is discrepancy, it can be chalenged at the court. |
