You know what i have also triied your problem.Bluetoth with Laptop or what ever.Bluetooth is forever good for file transfer but not for data or network transfer.
the best thing use a CABLE for any data or internet transfer you want to use.
More so about bluetooth leave GSM networks operators out of it.they have nothing to do with your problem

With technology Nigeria will grow from strength to strength.But one thing is lacking, inability to provide certified Computer packages for the least Nigerian.what can be done to cub this situation.Computer should be taking more serious than the road side computer schools found around. More so all operating system should make sure certified outlets are in nigeria to provide comprehensive tranning to those who are willing to be a professional on it. eg (Microsoft Windows,Linux,Mac,Orange etc)

I guess NIIT should be in Ibadan too. But not withstanding when you search very well you will see.
I will also like to ask about a place where I can learn LINUX in lagos. I mean Linux certified place.
