it is very possible for you to graduate with 2nd class upper. all you have to do is just to be sure that you don't have less than 4.6 GP in each of the remaining semesters.

I'll thank the organizers of this competition ,I'm really overwhelmed... but I've a little complaint in as much as nothing much can be done about it now...
I registered for the competition and scored 55% in the stage 1 after which I immediately saw a message that I've been screened out of the competition due to failure to attain the 60% pass mark ,consequently I didn't attempt the stage 2 of the test thinking I'm already out of the competition only to come here and realize the cut off was later reduced to 55% ,at least the organizers should have found a way of communicating to the applicants in any case where the pass mark was changed since you guys have our contacts ,I just checked my email to see the stage 2 link was sent to me though,now I feel really bad anyway because I passed the 1st stage but couldn't continue to the next due to poor communication.
PS: I actually don't come online that much, though I check on nairaland everyday for news but not my mail.
maybe the organizers can still look into this. Thanks.

As someone who likes playing with figures, I have observed a few calculation errors. Worst of all is that of the average score of greanya...(not sure if the spelling is correct) who was categorized among the airtime winning winners however the correct average score should have earned the fellow #3000 naira prize. The exact average score of 68.3%+66.7%= 67.5%. This person has been cheated with calculation error... I will pay this person his exact prize of #3000 while the airtime sent to the fellow will be a compensation for his trouble. May your blessing never elude you. The fellow can contact me if the organizers admit their error. Thanks

2. We did our best to ensure that no one is unfairly treated. The average was calculated with the real scores and not with percentages so as to avoid double approximation.

Let's me analyse that of greenya for you.

greenya
Test 1 = 38/60 = 63.3%
Test 2 = 40/60 = 66.7%
Total = 78/120 = 65.0%

This method above is what we used and I believe is the best way to do it. Remember how CGPA is computed in school. lol.

I appreciate every one of your support and effort you placed in the success of this programme.

When I missed out in d awards last year, I was very disappointed because despite my good scores in the 1st and 2nd test, My phone just decided to give me issues, and I couldn't write the 3rd test well but as the Bible says that "All things work together for good", I'm happy that I've been able to achieve something in this edition so, I encourage anyone for u who missed out to not be depressed but keep working hard, keep putting more efforts and I'll see u @ work.

Finally, I wanna thank God Almighty, the Master Planner for how he has help me thus far and I also want to dedicate this victory to every member of the University Of Benin Medical Students Association (UBEMSA), Ex- mays around the world and also my fellow Barcelona fans...
