NSIP is being financed by the Bank of Industry, Ministry of Budget and Planning and the CBN. The VP only just oversaw the programme when it was under him. He NEVER touched money.

Freshfish4:But there are loads of people benefitting from those said unending empty promises. Are you sure the problem here ain't more of you being overly pessimistic thereby closing your eyes at opportunities?
|
The administration seem intent on leaving no stone unturned in ensuring that job creation is enhanced through local production. |
VP Yemi Osinbajo is truly bent on ensuring a thorough implementation of the ESP. not only does he want the private sector to key into the implementation but also want to ensure that government agencies that are fond of extorting businesses through increase licence fee and related charges are checked. |
When VP Yemi Osinbajo recently called on Nigerian youths to be problem solvers and the whole of social media went Gaga with insulting remarks on him, he was actually challenging the youths to be innovative thinkers of problem solving opportunities in view of the two-fold global crisis of Health and Economy. He was only talking about thinking innovatively of how to turn dying businesses to thriving businesses. There is an immediate need for Nigerians to learn to understand both the denotative and connotative meanings of messages before they react. |
Good to see this administration prioritize the health of the people. Surely we'll beat this thing callled Covid-19. Nigeria will survive. |
VP Yemi Osinbajo has on a number of times showed his special interest in the Niger Delta by giving his support whenever needed. As rightly advised by the VP, constructive engagements is the only appropriate approach to be applied in this latest Niger Delta agitation so as to ensure the issue doesn't escalate. |
Of greater concern to the various ethnic nationalities of Niger Delta should be issues about the IMC and NDDC management alleged corruption, than this alleged cases of marginalization and neglect. They should agitate more for the IMC to be dissolved and a board be set up for the commission such that the NDDC management begin to report directly to the President. They should be far more concerned about the debilitating fraud by the people of the region, killing the region. In any case though, I believe the VP will address their grievances accordingly. |
Daily Sun is a disgrace to the Mainstream Media Sector |
The MSME Clinics campaign is truly making a lot of good things happenn to medium and small enterprises in Nigeria. |
And now that Magu has spoken, why is Ude still not arrested? What is the police IG waiting for? |
We understand PDP and their manipulations. It ain't gonna work. |
Jackson Ude is nothing but a professional fake news Practitioner. He earns a living from it. |
SW: Osinbajo/ Fashola |
The VP really made a good point here. Winning the sympathy and having the confidence of the locals is very essential in this fight. This will however be possible only if the Nigerian army can first prove to be truly fully in charge. It's quite understandable why the locals' allegiance seems to be with the terrorists for now. It's only being helplessly so for fear of reprisal and backlash. And what does that tell you about who's really in charge at the moment? Afterall, hardly will anyone really wanna pitch tent with the loser and risk getting hit by the winner. What I believe we need to do first before the effectiveness of the VP's remark could be actualized is to put the Nigerian army in full charge first by way of sophisticated weapons and better firearms than those of their foes. We also need to look more inwards for possible snitches and betrayers in the system that may have been selfishly feeding the terrorists with helpful information aiding their series of successful ambushing attacks. Only then can the army begin to record outstanding victories that will in turn earn them the confidence and sympathy of the locals. |
Nigeria will survive just as the strong will and efforts of the VP will also win out. |
Yaribanzaonic:I'll take two of your stinking points. The first being your claim that if the VP "resigned" and took it up with the cabal you "would" rally behind him. This conditional expression indicates that you meant he won't resign just as you also actually ain't gonna rally behind him. I only just tried to help your knowledge of written English here. However if what you meant to say was that "if he had resigned, you would have rallied behind him", even that would have been totally incorrect as cowards like you have no track record of rallying behind your heros and activists that tried to fight for you. You mean you would have rallied behind him same way you recently did for Sowore for instance? Secondly you called the VP a fraud. How do you define the word fraud and what genuine proof do you have to defend your insane claim. Doesn't your tiny brain remind you of the fact that the VP was the first ever to offer to strip himself of his immunity so he could be allowed to go defend himself in the court of law and clear himself of allegations of fraud levelled against him by idiots like you. He was pushing |
It's all been said already by the VP. He's spoken the mind of many well-meaning patriotic Nigerian. We wish Ashiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu A Happy Birthday. We wish him many happy returns of the day, just as we also pray for the survival of Nigeria in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. Let's all please stay at home and Stay safe. That's the only way we can fight this number one human enemy back. |
A clear statement of full adherence to precautionary instructions. |
UdechiHD:Imagine the measure of blatant senseless in your comment! What exactly could have gone wrong with the genetic makeup of your obviously corroding brain featherhead, such that you don't realize that this is pandemic and the same death you wish others also beckons on you? |
Well, this isn't a time for circulating fake news. This isn't the time to criticize or condemn anybody for what. This isn't the time to wish someone else dead when we all are actually susceptible to same fate. This is the time for all hands to be on deck to fight this thing. This is the time to make helpful contributions copied from good models of countries putting everything into fighting this pestilence. This is the time for us to follow laid down precautionary rules so as to care for others as much as for ourselves. |
He is making a good use of his accelerated promotion to the full regardless of the storm. He's got such a resilient character and this will surely win out pretty soon. |
Exactly the right move to take. NEC did really get it right here. Thanks VP for chairing this meeting. |
Taking a quantum leap in healthcare is closely associated with the significant leap needed to ensure human capital development. Health, they say, is wealth. |
A bold step towards the right direction. The Fixer is working, the country is gradually moving forward. |
Not only has the VP gone to commiserate with the family of the deceased, but also will ensure, as the VP's SSA Media and Publicity assured, that the family of the deceased is taken care of. |
slickbak:It takes being a complete idiot to refer to the VP as coward. If he wasn't coward what would he have done? Kick the president's ass and take over his seat? You've obviously got some loose or missing nuts in your head that need fastening. Fucking Sickie!!! |
It's such a pathetic one! My heart goes out to the bereaved family as I send my deepest sympathies. A big thank you too to the person of VP Prof Osinbajo for his display of compassion and sensitivity to people's plights as evident in his prompt condolence visit to the family as well as his promises of support for the family and community. |
SeunStats:You think otherwise because your ways and thought pattern has this heavy low self-esteem undertone. Otherwise, how on earth could you have adjudged a much cherished ethnic culture as being low self-esteem? |
Simply a sincere show of respect for one's seniors typical of a true Yoruba son. |
Keep up with the great job Prof. So thoughtful of you to have been ignoring those trying to run you down while you stay focused on discharging your obligations effectively. It's just a matter of time Prof, and your efforts will win out. |
What one gets the much needed acceptance, recognition, reception and appreciation from the significant lots in society, of what need is it being bothered about the absurd remarks of ithe few insignificant scavengers? Your efforts are very appreciated VP. Thanks a lot. |
