Please help diagnose this thing on my daughter's head. That thing looks like small small boils all over her head. It pains her alot and she doesnt want anyone to touch her head especially when bathing. She 3yrs old, eats well and very active.

It started 4 days ago and progressed to this stage.

Other Sypmtoms include:

She doesnt sleep well at night becauese of pains on her head.

High temp especially around 1am-5am ( we have been using paracetamol to calm bown the temp)

Little rashes on her neck and lower back.

Her hair doesnt grow evenly (though we have noticed this for a while)

My Son has this same rash not long ago... took him to a skin hospital in Maiduguri, they gave us micoteen cream an antibiotic and a powdered bathing substance to bath the child with.. the doc advice I shave his hair totally to allow the bathing substance to take effect.. (he said its dirt) the rash disappear within a week.

well, i hope road leading to maiduguri and environs are not included, cos the military are the ones guarding police stations and post along maiduguri cos the police are not fully equipped to protect there own stations and baracks talk more of road blocks...

your right, i live in maiduguri and i can state this clearly, yes he came to maiduguri, visited the emir, came to the ramat square mount the stage and left in less than 10minutes because the crowd couldnt be controlled by the security personals present so for safety reasons he was escorted out, before they strangle him to death all in the bit to touch him.. he flew out of maid immediately. except he landed in chibok with parachute..

i collected my letter today and submitted the acceptance letter at the office..yes some sponsors called or collect letters for their candidates but there are letters there that dont have correspondants phone number or contact address..i dont know wheather they miss placed pipos phone number or contact address but this i know for sure that there are lots of unclaimed letters.i only pray that those yet to collect their letters will be contacted somehow..Amen!!!
