Going straight to the issue for the creation of this.
2 main reasons,
1.. trying to get an upvote community outside of reddit for karma building and
2... How do you know where to comment, because i've had 3 accounts banned, so experinced heads, how did you navigate reddit in your early days and how did you build up your karmas, and what are also pitfalls you think newbbies should avoid.
Yes, I know some would say read through reddit, but I was dizzy trying to understand terms like FLAIR, FEEDS, even the KARMA sef I never too understand am like that!.
Reddit doesn't seen like a unified forum or app, instead it's like multiple countries all with different rules and regulations, instead of one single rule book.
Nairaland on the other hand seems pretty straight forward, with way less complications.

So Please OGs in the game, and also newbbies looking for a community of upvoters, feel free to drop your opinions and thoughts.

My little note, all have spoken well.
Palm plantation
From my experience, cos am into palm plantation in Odogbolu, Ogun State.
2 hactares is not enough to breakthrough in palm plantation cos you will only have 300 stands minimum you will enjoy is 4 hactares 600 stand I can guarantee you of breakthrough and your retirement plan.
U can plant plantain together this will help you to sustain the farm Expenses for 2 years b4 harvesting your palm.
Things to consider
1. Land location- your farm location is very important there are some land that will not good for palm eg part of Ogun ( Imeko/Ayetoro axis and Oyo State( Ogbomoso). Ilorin axis, all this land are good for Cashew.
Rubber,Cocoa and palm can be planted in Ogun(Ijebu axis to Ondo, Edo

2. Fund availability- b4 you can break even you have to ready to finance the farm maintenance, u can reduce the expenses by planting mix crop.
