CrimeRe: Killing Of Wanted Militia Leader: Did The Nigeria Army Lie to Nigerians??? by DelTel(m): 6:56am On Sep 09, 2020
Unfortunate, but so many red flags.

Shouldn't the military and all security agencies be carried along in demobilising and granting amnesty to anyone or group?

Why is there no security convoy to escort the repentant men to the Government House?

The State Security Council should have top GOCs as members, were they not carried along?

Why surrender and appear in your community before surrendering to the authority that has powers to grant you amnesty?

. 3rd party insurance doesn't take care of your own vehicles. This is where I get confused! If it doesn't take care of my vehicle, why will I then pay the 5000 every year and also, if it's the 3rd party that caused the accident that damaged my vehicle, I can still not be compensate? What is the essence of me paying every year for to repair another persons car every year when mine will be sort out by me alone
3rd party insurance is the minimum permissible motor insurance policy that must be procured by any vehicle owner, it is not only in Nigeria but most countries of the world. It is to safeguard 3rd party that might be unfortunately involved in an accident.

If the damage is not caused by you, the adjudged guilty party insurance company will pay to repair your own vehicle.

Choice is yours to either procure 3rd party or comprehensive.

Oga mode can you help me with front page so as to have quicker solution? Please my people, what is different between comprehensive insurance and third party insurance. I mean the insurance you pay 5000 on your car while doing your vehicle documentation. I was going listening to a radio program this morning and I overheard a lawyer making reference to it but only what I can here him say is that 5000 insurance, the company will be responsible for anything that happens to your vehicle. But my question is, why do we always take the responsibility of fixing our cars instead of the company. What is different between corporate insurance and comprehensive insurance and please any lawyer in the house should do justice to this.
3rd party insurance is ₦5,000 as prescribed by insurance regulator NAICOM. As the name implies, it covers damage to 3rd - another - party property (vehicle, building, bodily injury etc) adjudged caused by you by relevant security agent, up to a maximum of ₦1m, that is, if the cost of repairs is ₦1.1m, the insurance company will only pay ₦1m and you will pay the ₦100k balance. 3rd party insurance doesn't take care of your own vehicles.

Comprehensive motor insurance is a total package that takes care of every damage caused by the accident (there are other sub-divisions of Comprehensive policy but no need to go into it now). The insurance company usually charge a percentage % of the value of vehicle as premium to be paid by vehicle owner, often annually.

It is important to state that this is only possible if and only when you purchase from any of the over 50 duly licenced insurance companies by NAICOM and can be confirmed on askniid.org/verifypolicy.aspx. Fake insurance policy do not pay compensation.
Christianity EtcRe: CAMA 2020 Will Regulate, Not Control Churches, Others—oyedele by DelTel(m): 6:51am On Sep 05, 2020
How a law for non-profit organisation including NGOs and all religious organizations will trigger such an outcry by only Christians beat imagination. Why ain't Islamic organisations complaining?

Can it be rightly deduced that majority of the church doesn't want accountability; continuation of headship from daddy, to mummy, to son/daughter; undecided

roteblomen:
Hello,

I want to buy two cars for my staffs that would be used weekly for interstate errands, super rugged cars with efficient fuel consumption, easy maintenance, and ubiquitous parts and repair access that is durable for the Nigerian roads. And oh, beautiful enough that they could use personally, as well.

Perhaps I could send the cars from Europe or the US, but don't want to experience the hassle with clearance, etcetera Any recommendation, please?
Toyota Camry 2006 XLE in excellent condition comes to mind, especially to fulfill some beauty for their personal use.

Perhaps you could add (around ₦200k each) to get Camry 2007 LE grin.

Shut up!

Those guys have consistently noted how they notified the regime of your lord and savior through the Fulani Minister of Injustice, but they blatantly ignored all advances to settle things amicably.

When we try to give GEJ credit for Lagos Ibadan rail, 2nd Niger Bridge and various Airports that he completely paid for it's rebuilding, you guys will say all honour and glory should go to Buhari for finishing them.

Why do you now wanna shift this to GEJ?

What colour is your hypocrisy?
I don't engage uncouth, uncultured child of hate and faceless individuals hiding behind keypads in discussion.

Do have yourself a wonderful day.

Another of PDP/GEJ's govt transaction misadventure.

PI&D still unresolved. Strange how a govt with so much educated fellows couldn't tidy up contracts loose ends.

Explorers:
Google is your friend, it will help always you.

You can also check the sticker that carries the VIN and other info of the vehicle.

The month and year of production is on it (Month/year).

The sticker is on the door frame/stepping board, very close to the driver seat.

It will help you next time.
You are right (to an extent but not always) as some vehicles defy the month/year.

The best foolproof approach is the 10th alpha-numeric of the VIN number - see image attached below.

Buhari gave over 4 billion military contract to his Nigerien brother ... If you have ever attempted to do a huge military contract with the MOD you know you know your company and all the directors have to serious security clearance from the NSA before you even proceed ..Getting that clearance is not easy so how did this Nigerien man get it ?

BTW, if it were to be under GEJ, we won't read this on the news
This particular contracts were awarded before 2015 under GEJ and some top officers including Gen. Minimah already returned billions and/or jail terms.
