please any seller who has the intentions of selling registered cars as unregistered should desist from such, because its a criminal action.
Kindly visit licensing office to confirm if car's chassis number has been registered before making a purchase(pls dont make a purchase you will regret).
Some also have the habits of selling kotonu(smuggled) car as lagos cleared after doctoring a fake customs paper, i will also suggest we take the customs paper to the customs(for confirmation of genuineness) before making payment.
Note: dont believe customs are off road forever, when hunger comes, they always return. dont spend a fortune on car and eventually get your self in customs' trap.
