If they still want to impeach him, they can still seat today and ask the CJ to constitute a panel. Tommorrow, panel is constituted and commence work immediately. Wednesday, panel finish work (just a single case of the governor) and submit report on thursday. That thursday, House will sit on the report and depending on the outcome of the panel, they can choose to impeach him. So u see, there is time to do the right thing.
