If it's a Family application of two, Can you send the Email/Webform in this format

It depends on when you get the Medicals done. For now, your Application is still within the normal processing window. You can still send email now if you want but they'll likely not reply. Try book your Medicals now, it's part of what make your application complete.

I am surprised you're still waiting for Medical Request. Do you know that, currently, the available dates in approved test center is around August 20? If you get Medical Request tomorrow, how do you want to complete the Medicals before your PPR? And prepare for travel?

I submitted my Application 19th of April, did my biometrics on the 23rd and it was uploaded same day.
Waiting for medical request, do you think it's the right time to send an E-mail to IRCC on an update on my application

Medical passed: April 20
Correspondence letter: July 6th
Ppr : July 6th
Submitted my passport: July 8
Still waiting for an update

Note: i used a consultant but I was fully involved in the process I wrote all my letters myself he just made few corrections.
