I use paypal or escrow...I seldom deal with flippa or any of those other ones cos you will only get 10% of the real value of your sites. I deal underground with the people that actually need it nt domainers....
You can open a paypal account its free, all you need is a blackberry and a us account which you get with payoneer.
Lastly you can build a site from scratch and sell it. I always do that,I build it,get it to top 10 then I sell.

@yung, it depends on your goals.Don't bother yourself with the pageviews. What matters more is an upward trend in your traffic stats. Make sure your sites traffic is growing steadily from month to month.while 50 unique visitors is good for some ppl 10000 is average for some.
Backlinks are very good but its better for sites that are already getting there own traffic.
If you wanna get backlinks, make sure you post an article along with it, that way the crawlers won't see it as spamming. E.g majority of ppl post articles on ezinearticles and other directories in order to get backlinks from them. The search engine crawler won't penalized them cos there's an article(related to there blog or site) before the links. Also if you do guest blogging, you will get backlinks and not be penalized cos you have an article before your link.
But on nairaland, most ppl kept submitting there links without any related article and that's considered spamming which is bad.

Seems you don't know the meaning of information overload... All the infos will confuse the reader so its junk.if you have a good idea then give review.

Its obvious all this materials are overhyped and it won't make the buyer any money, even worst it will result in information overload. Am sure you have never made made any money online besides this crappy material u dish out.

Fiverr is only good for those with ratings...I make $$ with it also, but majority of buyers won't wanna deal with someone with 0 rating.

You can also try website and domain flippin,lots of money inside and you do it whenevet you want.
Freelancing requres tones effort as it involves constant bidding on projects.

Hi, I understand that majority of folks are trying to get backlinks and that's why they keep posting there blogs and websites on here,but I hope you know what you doing cos you might get your sites banned by google.
Don’t start driving links until your site is getting some traffic. That’s a dead giveaway to Google that there’s serious manupulations going on. After all, it doesn’t make any sense that a site that receives almost ZERO traffic would have thousands of in-bound links, does it?
So keep that in mind, and obey the SEO rules. Doing things out of order (or out of proportion) will get your site pr blog wiped from the search results for a VERY long time. Minimum of of 60days.

This is just a brief of how website flipping works, its sometin I do ones a week and I knw everyone can do it also.
Flipping sites is quite easy actually. So, what’s website flipping? Well, if you ever watched any auction sales or house flipping show, you have your answer. Basically, the idea is to buy an existing website and turn it around, flipping it for a profit.
But, website flipping can very much mean building a site from scratch and selling it for a profit. This is completely different from domain flipping,

Of course, you might think that if you buy a site that’s already made, then you have half of your work cut off for you. This may be true, but it may as well not. I won't go into details here.
The main idea that I am going to focus on right now is that flipping is something that everybody can do, even without any technical knowledge. You really don’t need that much to flip sites.
However, one thing that needs to be mentioned when it comes to site flipping is you need a budget. You won’t be able to flip a house or a car for free, would you?
Flipping is pretty much the same.
Even if you have all the tools, you still need to put on the work, or if you don’t have the tools you need to put in some money.

Basically, there are some things that you can do yourself if you know how: create content, create graphics, build a site and you’ll save some money if you do these things, but at the same time, none of the above is required to flip sites. Of course, you’ll need to invest a bit more if you have no knowledge, but all that investment will be returned to you

when you successfully sell your site for a nice profit.
So, how much money do you need to get started? Well, try to have at least $100
ready to invest! This might sound like a lot for you, but it’s not, especially because with a $100 investment you might get a $1k (1,000) return! So that’s 900%! Not bad, is it?

Of course, you’ll need to do some things – either direct the work because you outsourced all or put some elbow grease yourself –but it’s well worth it.
Keep in mind that there are plenty of people who flip websites full time, and they easily manage to have a four figure income each and every month. This means anywhere from 1,000 to 9,999 at least!
Can you make that much money from the first month? If you’re lucky! But, remember that flipping websites isn’t about quick money necessarily. It’s about big money!
The idea is that if you have a site that’s growing from month to month and it’s doing well, you’re going to make a whole lot more money selling it later rather than sooner.
A site that makes $100 each month and it’s only 1 month old will be sold for less than a site that makes $50 each month and it’s 6 or more months old!

Regarding google sniper, YES it still. works infact, it just got better cos most sites dominating the front page have been dethroned, so panda nd penguin favours dedicated sites/blog and that's exactly what you learn from gsniper.

Nice post frank, bt I couldn't fail to disagree less with the idea of a blog doing the following ,

1: It boost your credibility = Wrong
Credibility has to do with ppls believe and trust, that's something you have to earn.
2. It show that your product works = wrong
Testimonies are prove of your product working, so ppl needs to test to know that, a mere article will never prove that.
3. It show that you are real = wrong
There are lot of articles online that are over 10yrs old,the owners might have forgotten abt them, so blog doesn't make you real.
4. It raise the valued of your products = wrong
Do you mean the products are over hyped? Dt definitely is some crappy product that's only has good as its sales letter.

Firstly its crucial to know that the size of your list gat nothing to do with conversion,its the relationship with your list dt matters. So mr deji yusuf, you mentioned sending articles to ur list,that would only make dem unsubscribe from your list better still they will see you as no different from other IM and that means Zero responsiveness. What you need do is send them personal messages

Building a responsive list has to do with you knowing the kind of ppl you want on your list,
How to successfully build a relationship with them is a topic on its own and I won't go into depth on that today. 

Yes, it’s important to always be looking at ways to build your list.  The other just as important part of the equation, is to have conversions.

Right List + Right Offer = Conversions = Make Money

I said know the kind of ppl you want on your list, you build your list with people who are actively looking for what you have to offer, your conversions will increase.  No matter how big your list is, if you are not presenting offers to them that are converting, then size is completely irrelevant.   The only way to have high conversions is to make great offers to the RIGHT audience.  So when considering the question of “how to build a responsive list?”, you have to follow that closely with understanding that it has to be the right list.
Its your content that matters whether you using a blog or website.
I know we have some gurus here that can share more insight.
