Website flipping quick brief Ones again good job 2sexy, I wouldn't blame those that have doubts regarding 2sexy's 4k package, lots of scammers have successfully painted everyone with quality materials black. but just to help those that don't have 4k to invest, I haven't ordered the package so I can't say if its cool or not, bt based on his follow up so far, I tink 4k isn't too bad to invest This is just a brief of how website flipping works, its sometin I do ones a week and I knw everyone can do it also. Flipping sites is quite easy actually. So, what’s website flipping? Well, if you ever watched any auction sales or house flipping show, you have your answer. Basically, the idea is to buy an existing website and turn it around, flipping it for a profit. But, website flipping can very much mean building a site from scratch and selling it for a profit. This is completely different from domain flipping, guess 2sexy missed that part, Which one’s easier? Of course, you might think that if you buy a site that’s already made, then you have half of your work cut off for you. This may be true, but it may as well not. I won't go into details here. The main idea that I am going to focus on right now is that flipping is something that everybody can do, even without any technical knowledge. You really don’t need that much to flip sites. However, one thing that needs to be mentioned when it comes to site flipping is you need a budget. You won’t be able to flip a house or a car for free, would you? Flipping is pretty much the same. Even if you have all the tools, you still need to put on the work, or if you don’t have the tools you need to put in some money. Basically, there are some things that you can do yourself if you know how: create content, create graphics, build a site and you’ll save some money if you do these things, but at the same time, none of the above is required to flip sites. Of course, you’ll need to invest a bit more if you have no knowledge, but all that investment will be returned to you when you successfully sell your site for a nice profit. So, how much money do you need to get started? Well, try to have at least $100 ready to invest! This might sound like a lot for you, but it’s not, especially because with a $100 investment you might get a $1k (1,000) return! So that’s 900%! Not bad, is it? Of course, you’ll need to do some things – either direct the work because you outsourced all or put some elbow grease yourself –but it’s well worth it. Keep in mind that there are plenty of people who flip websites full time, and they easily manage to have a four figure income each and every month. This means anywhere from 1,000 to 9,999 at least! Can you make that much money from the first month? If you’re lucky! But, remember that flipping websites isn’t about quick money necessarily. It’s about big money! The idea is that if you have a site that’s growing from month to month and it’s doing well, you’re going to make a whole lot more money selling it later rather than sooner. A site that makes $100 each month and it’s only 1 month old will be sold for less than a site that makes $50 each month and it’s 6 or more months old! So let’s Will stop here for nowwwww. You might have heard people using the word outsource, what it simply means is getting a job and letting someone else do it. E.g I go to guru.com or odesk and look for what people need,ones I see anything of interest, if it something I can't do I simply go to fiverr and look for who can do it and pay a token. So I collect from 100-200$ from guru.com or odesk.com and I simply pay 5$ to get it done, calculate the profits. That's a days profit You could also get the job offline,I mean here in nigeria and collect the cash equivalent and still get it done on fiverr. majority of people need facebook fanpage like, twitter followers, Traffic etc, you simply bill them per number of visitors you will send to there page or website e.g 10,000 naira for 1000 likes or followers etc. No limit bro to your daily earnings just open your mind. Good morning nairalanders, DO YOU NEED A WEBSITE TO MAKE MONEY ONLINE? My first website was an epic mess. I was literally working from my dads computer in our dining room. (True story.) It had a black background (wahala!) nd red Line on the screen (double wahala!). And here's the thing: it took me WEEKS 2 learn how to build that site. In fact, I'd be willing to bet that it took me about six months to get anything close to being "adequate" at building websites. Today (thankfully), things are a lot easier. There are all kinds of tools and editors that make things so much simpler. But the question remains: "Do you HAVE to have a website to make money online?" And the answer is simply NO. There are three ways that I can think of in reality that require absolutely no website in order to make money. They are: 1) Drive traffic to an affiliate link. 2) Consult with local businesses. 3) Flip websites (other people's websites, that is). I'm feeling a little hyper this morning (I just had a baileys with a bunch of chips) , so I'llfocus on #2 and #3 in this post. Mostly because those are the ones That requires no traffic and have seen a lot of people been successful with them. Working with local businesses is one of the most rewarding things that I do. Why? Because a) it's super easy and b) because you help a lot of people. For example, most business owners tink you are a GENIUS if you know anything about what they can do to even SHOW UP online. Which, of course, requires you to basically wake up and have a heartbeat. I had one company pay me abt 150k just for helping them get a website and show up on Google. Anybody can do that. FYI, I outsourced all the work anyway. lol The second thing I do, flipping websites, well, it basically requires you sell your websites to a clients You can also sell other peoples sites and get a decent commission so yeah, this is already the spaciest email I've ever sent you. For the past few months, I have bn testing Lots of techniques and tools to find highly effective backlinks, including .edu backlinks Dt can really boost the search engine ranking of my sites. I realized that a lot of nigerian bloggers could probably benefit from it so have decided to share it since Chief06 didn't go into details. This post originally appeared on my Help site but it’s worth reproducing here as it’s very relevant to driving web traffic to your blogs… A while ago I asked my email list what topics they’d like me to write about. One of the top requests was on how to drive traffic to their websites. So with that in mind… A blogs survival depends on the web traffic and site visitors they get. And to get that traffic, bloggers and site owners have to promote their sites. There are various ways to do site promotion, which I’ll look at below, but they all revolve around one purpose: getting backlinks to your website. I want you all to forget all the jargons you must have heard. So what is backlink ? It’s simply a link that appears on someone else’s site that points back to your site. In on of the threads here on nairaland, lot of bloggers were asked to post there blogs and websites to on the thread. Now that's are perfect example of getting backlinks as Nairaland.com is an authority site with google pr of 4, alexa ranking of less than 1300, and has backlinks of abt 51,000. Link building techniques include submitting articles to various article directories, leaving comments on blogs, submitting videos to places like YouTube, sending articles to Social Networking sites, sharing webpage URLs on social sites, adding your webpage address into your signature at any forums you’re a member of, and so on. The more back link building you do, the more links point to your site and the more relevance the search engines place on your site. Now how do you get Website Traffic There are both free and paid ways of driving traffic to your sites. Of the paid ways, expenses runs from a very modest couple of bucks to $100+ per month for subscription based services. While free methods are fine, their big drawback is the amount of time it takes. The more sites you have, the more time you have to spend doing back link building. For the normal akpos with just a couple of hours free in the evenings to dedicate to his blog, that time can be quickly eaten up by all the manual backlinking that has to be done. That’s where the paid tools start to come in. If you want to save time , or spend less crafting link building campaigns, you’re going to have to put your hand in your pocket. Time is money as they say. However, various people have various budgets and while one might be able to afford $100+ per month on a subscription service, another may only have a couple of Q: How do I create a link? A: Well, it’s pretty simple – you hyperlink some words. But what words you hyperlink is important. The words you hyperlinks are called anchor text. Q: What’s so special about anchor text? A: A lot of people will use their website name as anchor text, or their name on blog comment for example. The words you use as anchor text should be the keywords you’re trying to rank your site for. So, unless your website name is actually a real, searched for keyword, you’re not making the best of your back links if you’re not using keywords in your anchor text. Q: If I’m building backlinks for several keyword phrases, should they all link to my site’s homepage? A: No. If you have a page dedicated to generating recharge cards,build backlinks to that page using the “generating recharge cards” keyword (as an example). If you had a page about bis cheat, you’d create a backlink to that page using a related keyword like bis cheat Recipe as your anchor text. Q: How fast should I build backlinks? A: That’s down to you. They key is to be consistent. Building 100 links in one day and then no new links for a couple of months is nowhere near as effective as building one backlink per day over 100 days. Automated software will allow you to build substantially more than 100 links per day but, again, consistency is the key. If you build a lot of links this way, keep building lots of links, Don’t chop and change. And don’t stop for long periods. Q: When can I stop building backlinks? A: Whenever you want, but backlink building is a long- term proposition. It’s painful, tedious and time- consuming but without it your website is dead in the water. It’s like writing the greatest book in the world and not telling anyone about it. Imagine if J.K. Rowling hadn’t sent Harry Potter to the publishers; a better analogy would be if the publishers had never sent book to the book stores and just expected that people would come knocking on their door instead. It’s not realistic. Q: How do I reduce the pain of backlink building? A: The only way is to invest in some semi-automated or fully automated tools. Be aware though that even the most sophisticated tools like SENukeX still require setup time for building a backlinking campaign. What paid tools allow you to do is build more backlinks, faster in the time available. Starting With The Free Methods For Driving Traffic When you’re starting out with building backlinks, it’s a good exercise to do some manual backlinking so that you become familiar with the process of building backlinks to your sites on other websites. You’ll then have a better appreciation of what the automated tools can do for you. Getting Traffic To Your Websites – Free Options You can also write articles for the various article directories like EzineArticles, GoArticles and ArticlesBase (there are many others). There are other traffic systems available but these are the ones I’ve had direct experience of. I use all of them to one extent or another. If you can drive traffic, then any sales you make will sort out there fees and purchase prices but there’s no denying that some kind of financial commitment will be required if you want to take site promotion to the next level. So What Next? My advice would be to start small and work your way up. SENukeX has the most potential (I’m still assessing it) but it’s also the most expensive and unless you’re generating sales or have money to burn, I think it’s too big a financial commitment for most people. So start small and slowly build your way up, choosing tools that build links the way you want to build them, whether that’s in article directories, social networking sites, forums, video sites or wherever. @frank Thank you so much, I really appreciate your kind words and the clarification...now I understand your point, but I must say majority of folks here have never made a dime online and and if they hav to go by paid traffic (GOOGLE ADWORD ADVERTISING FACEBOOK ADVERTISING PRINT OR NEWSPAPER ADVERTISING TV/RADIO COMMERCIALS/ADVERTISING...) That could be really expensive. My method is SEO, cos its free and I lose nothing compared to paid traffic that we are both not sure will convert into sales. Once again thanks for the reply |

Google sniper isn't owned by me so I will like to clear the issue of me trying to sell a product. Hi everyone,having read through the entire post ,I discovered a lot of people here needs help with making money from website,getting organic traffic and also getting ranked in google. My one and only advice is you folks to go for google sniper2 its the best solution you can ever think of and also its dead simple to implement or you buy an ad space on nairaland or any other high authority site(depending on the target audience) this option can be expensive though. Stop wasting valuable time seeking for traffic and conversion how to's that don't work. Majority of Nigerian internet marketer are out to rip you of money that you don't really have. I knw this for a fact cos majority have never made a cent online ,they make money by simply reselling the bunch of craps they purchase from a fellow like them.am sure they will hate me for saying that.bt you can be the judge. Everyday lots of craps hit the market promising to get you on the first page of google or getting you high traffic,all I will say is they are mostly time wasters and not worth your penny or time. As you can see I didn't put any affiliate link or my website link here...that's cos am not here to promote any product but to simply make a recommendation based on what's working for me. Google sniper is a product that I have been using in the last 2yrs and its been extremely awesome. Don’t you find life to always be filled with stress? Doesn’t it seem like there is always something that happens which encompasses our entire attention, and thus drain our positive energy? As our society grows more and more complex, finding true peace becomes more like trying to find an oasis in the desert. My life is a busy one as well, as running a an affiliate marketting business and all of the stress & demands that comes with it, definitely takes its toll over time. Therefore,I wanted to take this opportunity to share with you some ofthe methods that I use in my life to find peace and disconnect from the daily routine: Accept what is There is only so much we can affect. What we cannot change, what we cannot influence no matter what, should not be a concern to us. This is what I notice with so many people, in that we focus and linger on things which we have no control over. Why worry about something that all the worrying in the world will not change? Why care about what other people think of us when we’re not even sure what it is they are actually thinking? Once you open the blinds to this fact, and start accepting what is that you cannot change, you automatically relieve yourself of a mountain of stress and anxiety. It’s like a huge weight has been lifted from your shoulders. Taking this path is following a road towards peace. Meditate : If you do not meditate yet, you are missing out on a very important activity that can change your life. Meditating for 20 minutes daily can have an enormous impact in all areas of your life.I don’t know what will! If you have a lot on your mind and you feel like your thoughts are driving you crazy, meditation can help you find peace. Simply close everything, sit back, close your eyes, and clear your mind of every single thought. Focus on the emptiness. You will be surprised what a mere 20 minutes of meditation can do to turn things around for you. If you have trouble meditating, I would suggest getting a professional guided meditation CD, which will help you get used to this level of peacefulness Spend time in nature We spend so much time confined in buildings of steel and concrete and bricks that we quickly forget where we come from. It is natural for us to be in nature, and this is why it feels so good and it is so peaceful when you take a walk outside your house or bike on a trail. As I am typing this blog, I am looking out my window to this gigantic tree in front of my house. Watching its stillness, with the wind blowing through its branches calmly, it is a sight that not only inspires me, but that I find peace within it. I have blogged before about how I enjoy biking and one of the reasons is that it brings me closer to nature. It is something you just can’t experience in a car. If you feel overwhelmed, take a stroll outside where there are tons of trees and far from the city. Not in lagos though...lol, Be there and just enjoy the sights, the sounds, and the peace. Learn the power of a smile Whenever you are laughing or smiling, something interesting happens. Not only does something happen on a chemical level to make you feel better, but it also stops all stress and negativity from entering your psyche. A simple smile can make such a difference. For example, the other day I mishandled a dish and it fell on the floor, breaking into pieces, creating a big mess. Now, I could have been angry with myself for being clumsy and thinking “here’s another reason why life sucks!”. But I did the opposite. I began to smile and kind of make fun of myself for not being able to hold on to that plate properly. As I cleaned up the mess, there was no bitterness or anger. As a matter of fact, I did it with a smile on my face…I did it with peace. So whenever you find yourself in a similar predicament, just think of the silver lining, and don’t be shy to poke fun at yourself. You will quickly realize that peace finds its way much more easily to you when you smile. Think outwardly What I mean by this is that most of the time, we are so consumed within our own problems that we can no longer see the forest from the trees. Therefore, it helps to remind ourselves how big the world is. Take a moment and read up about some other countries, cultures, and the likes. Be aware that the world does not revolve around your problems. I find that when I hear about a floods or an earthquake killing hundreds of thousands of people on the other side of the world, my problems aren’t really “problems”. Looking beyond ourselves is very important in finding peace and it leads me to my next point. Care about others You will never find peace by being self-consumed and only worrying about your own needs and wants. When you begin to genuinely care about other people, so much goodness comes right out. This only helps into solidifying your inner peace. It can be people close to you or pure strangers, but any act of kindness and goodwill eases your way towards peace. When I help other people, I stop focusing on my so-called problems and realize that my life isn’t so bad after all. This rids my entire being of all the stress and feelings of overwhelm. There is great peace and wisdom in thinking and caring about other people, which we are blind to when we are too deep within our own selfish ways. Never lose hope Hope is something you can never afford to lose. With hope you always have a path towards peace. Whenever we get too stressed out and overwhelmed within our own life, we forget that hope. We forget that the sun always shines after a rainy day, and that this is merely a bump in the road. I find immense peace in just knowing, deep within my heart, that everything will be ok. With hope, I know that whatever is seemingly terrible, is only temporary and that soon enough, things will be just fine. This lifts off all of that negativity from my entire being, and I feel better pretty much instantly. Embrace your beliefs I am not one to pick or favor one belief system over another, so whatever it is that you believe in, embrace it with your entire being. Be within your faith 100% and peace will find its way into your heart. Now, we may all disagree on each other’s beliefs but one thing we must all agree on is that having a solid, healthy faith is crucial in founding a proper conscience that helps into guiding us towards peace and wisdom. There is a reason why research has shown that people that are deeply devoted to their faith have a higher life expectancy and are less likely to have diseases such as cancer. This is because they experience more inner peace, which is important if you want to increase the quality of your life. Keep learning One thing that provides us with much stress in life is the fact that we always worry about not having all the answers. Just accepting that you do not know everything, and that you are open to always keep learning is a tremendous step to take towards achieving inner peace. I find great joy in learning all kinds of different things, and just being aware that I am growing as a person each and every day provides me with great feelings of peace. Accept that life is one big journey of never-ending learning and you will find yourself closer to experiencing true peace within yourself. Live in the present moment Most of the time, what we worry about is relating to something either in the past, or something that hasn’t happened. Living in the present moment erases all such thoughts. Why worry about something in the past that we cannot ever change? (see point #1, accept what is). Why worry about something that we are not even sure will happen or not? This is why in the present moment, you find true inner peace. In the present moment, there are no problems and no concerns. There is only stillness, and it is within that stillness that you can uncover peace. I used to be such a person that worried all the time, to the point where I had trouble sleeping. Once I learned to live in the present moment, I stopped thinking about the past and any potential future, and just worried about being ever-present in each and every moment. My life is definitely more peaceful since then! |

Basic: Stop deceiving yourself, the plan is not unlimited. It is just 1GB. Most people erroneously think it is unlimited because they do not get to exhaust their 1GB within 30 days. Try downloading 2-3 high quality full length films and you'll see it's not "unlimited".My etisalat is unlimited...I always download large files. Nd also stream videos... |
