I had my interview at Lagos too, and I met some other applicants at the venue, say 3 other guys, surprisingly, none of us got a success mail yet, I wonder what they're on the look out for.

I had my interview today at adeniyi Jones Lagos....... My first advice is to eat well before coming as u will be delayed,the interview questions were basically tell us about yourself,why heritage bank,If u are a science student be sure to expect the question'why venture into banking?,and then u will be asked to choose a random to and do a mini presentation.......they made it look easy..... I wish us all best of luck

just got information from a strong insider that 80% of the new intakes will be fixed in marketing department where the need is greatest. not so sure though but you guys should prepare your mind.

yes its like an exam. those who do not make up to 60% will forget the job.

The thing is the interview was done twice. The first took about 10min - 15min avg and the second took about 15min - 20min on average

Just to add to this, get there as early as possible
Don't say because your interview is scheduled for 11:30 you will get there 11am. Mine was scheduled for 11:30, I got the around 11am and I was interviewed around 5:30pm

So go very early. If you go late, just carry food along.

Also, try to read about the banking system in Nigeria and have an answer for why you are going into banking

please who can confirm if calculators are allowed for this particular test? According to the invite mail I received we were asked not to bring any stationery except a pen. Also came across Workforce Group past questions and read the instructions where it was stated that use of calculators are not permitted.

Calculators would be allowed. Take along your calculator. It was allowed for the last workforce group test for Axxela
