That's exactly where I bought from to do my Calabar Project last year.

What's the cost estimation to build a 3 bedroom(ensuite)in a half plot to roofing level building materials and labour cost inclusive?

With the inflation rate in Nigeria today.
One can't be definite in responding to any estimate or sign off any run off contract these days.

However, going by an average design. You should expect to spend 4 - 7m to Caracas respectively.

We just got notified today that cement here now is 4,100.

We actually bought 3,000 before we commenced. About 17 days ago.

Its really ridiculous what cement distributors are doing to building owners since October last year.

We started this project, with A ton of iron for 265K... As at today. Same ton is 325K...

Still on the decking carpentry works...

Another fast guru here is my Welder.
Turned 450 pieces Decking Beams in just one day.
Obviously we work over 10hrs a day with extra working hours inclusive

Meeting him and working with him on Port Harcourt in 2018 on a project was quite relieving. Working with him till now is just incredible.

I thank him so much. He is a great guy and I do my best to keep him and make him happy. You can imagine he has been with me in Lagos since January this year working in different locations all the way from Port Harcourt?

We are now on decking stage in just 7 days we started the ground floor works

Just got an halfplot of land 30by120 in a place at OGUN STATE... I'll like to know the total cost of 3bedroom flat.

When anyone shares information as this and requires advice. Pls Endevour to share the design (plan with dimensions) because building design sizes and areas are not the same even if it's similar design from one location.

Your land size will determine if your brief will fit in it.

Dennis, nobody is dragging anybody. He collected a job from HSL broker and delivered a cracked glasses. He promised for more than 7 months to come and fit another and replace the short size net he delivered. I even had to give him extra cash to get whatever he needed. So what's the issue here?

I hate it when people tried to play smart. Throughout the period of this delay, he never mentioned HSL broker, he was promising on coming without putting action to his words.

Was it HSL that asked him to construct cracked glasses? He collected job from him and delivered a sub- optimal job.

Sorry about that.
Pls a call can salvage this situation.
Issues here may not.
I am only trying to ensure everyone is OK most especially you as a client in the best optimal way.
